Date Night
“You can be my “hot” date,” she replied sarcastically.
Celine put her phone down. Another disjointed relationship on the dating app she used. If even nice, an unwanted dick pic and she blocked the guy.
With a deep sigh, she poured a glass of wine and tried to decide if she was going to try again or Netfiix and chill alone. It was date night alone or with someone for her. She dropped the glass when she heard the rattle of the apartment door, her roommate – her brother – was out with his friends.
Celine dropped her glass and almost peed herself when she saw Jasper walk in.
“What are you doing here?” she asked and realized she was only in her low-cut cami and matching shorts.
“I have an emergency at work tomorrow and Matt said I could stay here so I can get there on time.”
“Matt should really tell me when he is going to let someone stay over,” Celine said. “Fine, just don’t bug me!”
“What, did you have a romantic night planned Celine? I mean you look sexy for you – ooh la la!”
“You are a pig!” she snapped.
Jasper always picked on her – always. She had known him since she was a teenager and they always bickered. But he had never called her sexy before which was weird. He looked hot actually, in a three-piece suit. She mostly saw him when he was hanging out with Matt in jeans and a t-shirt.
“Do you want a glass of wine?”
“Such manners!” he grinned as he loosened his tie. “Yes, please.”
Celine turned around and poured the glass of wine. He took it from her, and nodded politely.
“So, no hot date?” he continued, taking off his jacket and vest and folding them neatly on a chair.
“You can be my “hot” date,” she replied sarcastically, but when she said it there was something more suggestive about it than she was intending.
“Sure,” he said. “What’s for dinner?”
“I was going to order Ethiopian.”
“I love Ethiopian.”
“You do?”
“I do – I’ll treat since you were not expecting me.”
“Sure.”
Dinner was delivered. They sat on the floor eating the savory, spicy Doro Wat with vinegary injera bread. It was delicious.
“Perfect wine for Ethiopian,” he said after he sipped some.
“Thank you.”
Celine cleaned up after they were done and poured more glasses of wine as they settled in front of the large screen and into the latest series that they had been watching.
Maybe because she knew Jasper for such a long time, Celine felt comfortable drawing her legs up on the couch and sitting beside him. That was what she remembered doing before she woke up and was curled up against him leaning on his shoulder.
“You’re up?” he asked softly.
“I am sorry I fell asleep on you.”
“It’s okay,” he said.
Celine looked at him and it looked like he meant it.
“You’re the best date I have had in a long time.”
“Jasper…stop teasing me…”
Celine moved away from him but he wrapped his arm around her. Her lips parted. He never touched her like that before.
“I meant it Celine, I like being with you.”
“Jasper…”
“You’re smart, but you never guessed why I always tease you so hard…I like you.”
“I’m Matt’s sister – ”
“ – and smart and sexy — probably too smart to like me!” he smiled.
Celine was speechless as he pulled her legs over his lap until she was settled there while he fiddled with the loose strap of her camisole.
“I am only here because you did not have a hot date.”
“I told you there was no hot date.”
Jasper continued to fiddle with her cami, when she put her hand over his. He stopped and looked at her mouth. Celine licked her lips and wiggled on his lap. He hissed as he used the thin strap of her cami to rein her in and kiss her.
She purred against him, her bare ass on his lap as her flimsy shorts rode up on her ass cheek. He settled her on his lap, his hand slipping under her camisole touching her bare breast.
Celine chewed on his bottom lip. No one had touched her for such a long time, and she never imagined that Jasper would touch her like this. He was always hot, but he was silly and Matt’s friend so she never even thought about anything happening. But there was nothing awkward about kissing him and having him touch her breasts. She pressed herself up against him and their breath deepened in mutual realization.
Reaching steadily, but modestly for his belt buckle, Celine could feel Jasper tense in anticipation. He gently gave her a hand and she bit her lip as the buckle clanked softly and his zipper came undone.
“Celine, is this what you want? I want you, but I do not want you to feel like this is what has to happen right now.”
Reaching to feel around his zipper, Celine caressed him through his briefs and heard her breath deepen.
“I want you too, Jasper,” she felt shy and vulnerable.
But it was true. Celine did not want to tell him, but she had definitely thought about him and thought to herself if he was not Matt’s best friend what would that have been like?
But now she knew, as they kissed hungrily on the couch and groped each other. He was such a good kisser, she could kiss him forever. But between her legs, her damp lips craved him even more.
Slipping a hand under her shorts, he grabbed her ass before he took them off and reached between her legs. The way he touched her let her know he was happy she was so wet.
Jasper pulled off her cami and quickly undressed himself. Their separate naked bodies quickly became one.
Celine loved how he filled her, as he kissed her neck. She caressed him, wanting to memorize every part of him she touched. Her legs wrapped around his, and he pushed deeper into her. The intensity of their movement made her entire body burn with hunger. When she came, he pumped a little faster and came right behind her.
Celine floated on a cloud of ecstasy.
Until she woke up the next morning and realized she and Jasper were asleep naked on the couch. Was Matt was already home? Or if he came in and found them?
“Jasp,” she whispered a sweet shortening of his name she had never thought of before they made love.
She kissed under his jaw and caressed his elbow.
“Celine? Am I still dreaming?”
“No, there was no dream, except what happened between us. But it is morning and if Matt comes home…”
Jasper squeezed her hand.
“We have to tell him eventually, because I want to be with you, but you are right. Not right now.”
“No,” she said and kissed him. “Get dressed before I get on top of you.”
“That is an incentive to get me dressed?”
“Jasp!”
She watched his eyes light up when she called him Jasp, but he nodded. She went to her bathroom, and Jasper went to Matt’s.
They were sitting drinking coffee when Matt came home.
“Well, you did not kill each other…” Matt started.
“No,” Celine said quietly, taking a sip of her coffee.
“That is a nice change of pace,” Matt said, throwing his jacket on the couch.
He had no idea.
