Dangling Dreams
A poem about the relationship between us and our dreams

They talk to us We talk to them Without a fuss We become them
Easy to forget The difficulties in between Ugly to target The struggle within
They dangle on your plaster To make you evolve Said the master In whose hymns I dissolve
The plaster is of Ways and techniques outdated With which I sort of Got the old me created
Is it really the pain Of this plaster stripping away Or is the perpetual gain That I am loving in a way
Incomplete or Complete They remain a part of us Swaying with our fate They complete a part of us
