Morning sky watching

The sky is an incredibly vivid shade of blue, a perfect backdrop for the billowy, brilliant white clouds.

I usually do my skywatching at night, but this is so welcome after all the rain. Looking out the window this morning made me smile. I felt like I could touch and shape the clouds to my will.

The high today will be 63 degrees, making it even more perfect.

This inspired me to go out and check the plants in my garden. My bushes are budding! Spring is on the way. It’s no wonder I feel so good today. I opened the doors and let the sunshine and breeze come in.

Nothing could spoil this marvelous day. Then I looked at the calendar. Daylight Saving Time begins this weekend. Spring forward and lose one hour of sleep. Ughh!

I don’t have to set my clock forward until tomorrow night, so I will continue to enjoy my day. Welcome spring!
