Dancing the Corona Blues Away

Because it feels so damn good to move!

“Work like you don’t need the money. Love like you’ve never been hurt. Dance like nobody’s watching.” — Satchel Paige

Dance like nobody’s watching cuz nobody is watching, don’t hold nothing back, put on the rockin’est or bluesiest or jazziest or sassiest music you can find, but only if it stirs your soul and blows your mind. this is your time, this is your sublime moment to show yourself how much you care.

Dancing feet, pound those Corona blues into the ground. Dancing hips, give Corona the slip, Dancing hands, make her follow your commands, Dancing hair, let Corona beware, Dancing eyes, cut her down to size, Dancing belly, turn her into jelly. Dancing mind, remember to be kind to yourself and everybody else.

When we move to the rhythm of our lives, we survive, we thrive!

Inspired by Marla Bishop and her poem, Get Lost in the Rhythm!
