Dear Dr. Gabriella Korosi, Dr. Preeti Singh, Vidya Sury, Collecting Smiles, Sharing Randomly,

I want to congratulate Dr. Gabriella Korosi for spreading the message of positivity by launching such an excellent book creation idea and choosing an essential topic of Spirituality, Inspiration, and Joy.

I would love to be a part of the team for this DEP book project #2. It would be a great privilege to work and collaborate under the expert guidance of the DEP editorial team.

The turbulent world around us today leaves people disoriented, anxious, overwhelmed, and depressed. The only way to remain calm and positive amid this chaos requires building spirituality into our daily routines. It brings purpose to our lives.

We need to be anchored internally to stay sane and deal with all the stress from the turbulence.

Such a book would be valuable for everyone to understand the importance of Spirituality, Inspiration, and Joy and their positive effect on our lives during such chaotic times.

Spirituality helps us deal with stress and increases our capability and inspiration to take on the world.

During my one-on-one coaching sessions with corporate leaders, young leaders who practice spirituality appear to be more positive, committed, enthusiastic, and inspired. They are eager to learn new skills, build relationships, perform better, and add value compared to those who are not spiritually inclined.

Spirituality in life

Spirituality could mean different things to different people. For some, it could mean being close to nature and mountains. For some, it may be a daily practice of meditation and yoga.

It could mean visiting religious places and worshipping God or following a spiritual teacher to some others.

While spirituality is a subjective term, the ultimate aim is to gain inner peace. We can make peace with the outer world and the internal upheavals.

“You can read books without ever stepping into a library; and practice spirituality without ever going to a temple.” ~ Anthony De Mello
