I just watched the movie about Harriet Tubman.
Now available on Netflix, the movie is based on the harrowing experiences and inspirational life of an iconic American freedom fighter, Harriet Tubman. HARRIET tells the extraordinary tale of her escape from slavery and transformation into one of America’s greatest heroes. Her courage, ingenuity, and connection with her higher conscious self, freed dozens of slaves and changed the course of history.
You talk about somebody who refused to be passive and challenged her circumstances to be free — she is a shining example.
