In this piece, I will provide you a fun and engaging exercise that will help you think about your hobbies.

Before we start, here is my manifesto on hobbies:

1. You need hobbies to enrich your life.

2. Being passionate about your hobbies is good for your mental health.

3. Losing your hobbies means losing your happiness.

4. Caring deeply about your hobbies will provide you a sense of satisfaction and wellbeing.

5. If you are looking forward to your hobbies, then, you will have more excitement and fun in your life.

6. You are not a machine — you do not need to be productive all the time. Your soul seeks adventures, surprises, desires, dreams, and curiosity.

7. If you have a lot of curiosities and hobbies, you will be more creative and you will be able to think beyond borders.

8. There are different kinds of hobbies, and you need to have diverse kinds of hobbies to have a full and varied life.

So, here is your exercise. You will work on the worksheet below.

Here are 4 domains of hobbies that you will think about:
