Cruel World
The masses of people moved about in the daily churn, knowing if they failed to wake and repeat, some important, necessary part of their life would suffer. Food for the family, electricity at home, gas in the car, something would not be attended to, so they wake and repeat.
Powerful folks who have forgotten the churn, for personal gain, philosophical views, religious zealousness, or misguided patriotism manipulate. It must be done to preserve “a way of life,” never asking if that way of life is worthy of preservation.
The Churn persists because life is worthy even in a Cruel World.
Say no to war. Advocate for higher wages. Compell government to do more to combat inflation. Ride a bus, bike, or walk, screw big oil. Smile at your neighbors, and consider saying hello. Make school about education and experience. Keep God private. He tells me different things than he tells you. Everyone deserves access to appropriate medical care without the worry of cost. Be the change that is necessary to bring peace, prosperity, and abundance to all.

I am T.Mark Mangum. From an early age, I was hooked and addicted to the imagined, unfathomable worlds of Star Wars, Star Trek, Conan, the Lord of the Rings, and many others. I love writing fiction tales. I love writing in multiple genres. However, my favorites are Sci-fi and Fantasy fiction. I am a father of six; we have two cats and two dogs. Tabletop gaming is a passion.
