Prompt #26: Dating as an Older Person
The dating landscape has changed over the decades. Today, we can download an app, fill out a few forms, and scroll through people’s profiles to find someone we might like. All of this can be overwhelming for some, but for others, it’s a wonderfully exciting time to be able to meet new people.
Dating isn’t limited to single people either. Couples frequently have date nights to help them stay connected to each other.
Some people also enjoy taking themselves out on dates. Maybe going to a show or event alone is just what you need to help you feel refreshed and connected to yourself.
With that in mind:
How has dating changed for you over your lifetime? Do you find it easier or harder to meet new people? What has been your best dating experience? Do you and your partner or spouse have date nights?
