Critical Race Theory and other garbage
“What kind of moron thinks we must view everything through the lens of race? Very few things have to do with race.”

“What’s Critical Race Theory, Daddy?”
“It’s a theory that shows how stupid humans are, sweetie.”
“But what is it?”
“Who knows? They can’t even define a woman, I doubt they can make sense of some nonsensical made-up BS for their political propaganda.”
“Daddy!”
“I’ve heard some say that there’s systemic racism in our society and that everything must be seen through the lens of race. Stupid enough for you?”
“I don’t get it. What’s systemic racism?”
“I don’t know, maybe that there’s racism beyond personal racism, like racist people.”
“The system’s racist?”
“Yeah, maybe they think that our political and social structure is set up to exclude or discriminate against certain races, though they really mean mostly blacks.”
“How’s that?”
“Well, slavery was real at one time and blacks certainly couldn’t vote.”
“But not today.”
“No today there are policies trying to increase minorities in jobs, colleges, etc. even if it means discriminating against more qualified people. So there’s systemic racism against whites, but that’s not what they mean or want to talk about.”
“So what then?”
“I don’t know, Annie, maybe they think about white police violence against blacks or the lack of affordable housing, “gentrification” etc., and think that there must be racism in our system itself. But there’s no theory or argument.”
“And I dislike the police as much as anyone, well, except criminals maybe, but some cops are racists like some lawyers are racists and some actors are racists, there’s nothing special about that, every group has racists in their ranks, even blacks.”
“And the system is stacked against the poor and in favor of the rich, the big corporations, but that’s not racism, that’s corruption at every level of our society. They fund the politicians, so the laws, the institutions, the policies are made for them.”
“I suspect that many on the left are paid by the corporate elites to engage in identity politics to divide people, to distract them from the real problems, the real corruption, and the right simply ignores the corruption, they have their hands full with this BS anyway.”
“What kind of moron thinks we must view everything through the lens of race? Very few things have to do with race, like racism, most things do not, like mathematics, science, art, religion, engineering, games… they’re either paid shills or idiots.”

“And the idea of paying “reparations” to blacks for slavery is idiotic for so many reasons. First, the left still hasn’t learned that just throwing money at a problem does not solve it, and that’s what this is. If the system is economically unfair, the problem remains.”
“Second, pay with what money? The US has more than 30 Trillion dollars in debt. The politicians have robbed the people dry with tax cuts for the rich, tax loopholes, corporate bailouts, the socialism for the rich.”
“No one’s minding the store that is the US, it’s worse than empty, with debt it can’t possibly repay for many, many decades even if someone took charge of the financial irresponsibilities and reigned it in. Even the right only give lip service to this.”
“Politicians don’t care, they’re paid to make their rich donors richer, even Trump with his “America first” rhetoric has only increased the debt greatly, he’s no less corrupt than the rest of the cockroaches in Washington, DC. Biden is no better.”
“They print money for ‘Covid relief.’ You think that’s free money? It’s a tax on the poor in the form of inflation because wages stagnate while the rich have ways to deal with inflation, it’s like getting an unannounced pay cut year after year because your money buys less.”
“Third, reparations are for the victim from the criminal. No one has owned slaves in a long time, not legally anyway, that would be human trafficking. All the slave owners are long dead, as are the slaves.”
“These whiny brats who demand reparations haven’t suffered the wrong of slavery. At best, they had the misfortune of being born into a poor family. Guess what? There are many billions of people worse off than you in third world countries with no decent water, school, etc.”
“And why should anyone pay for the wrongs committed by their ancestors? You’re responsible for your actions and your actions only, no one else’s. What your father did, or your grandpa, or your sex, or your race, you’re not responsible for at all.”
“If we were responsible for the actions of our ancestors, then we should all be locked up or killed because there’s no one alive whose ancestors did not commit unbelievable atrocities, including murder, rape, fraud, etc.”
“These poor boys at school who were required to apologize to the girls just for being boys, for what (some) men have done to women, is just disgusting beyond belief. If this is the sort of garbage you learn in schools, we should defund all education.”
“Finally, some blacks have been white slave owners in past lives and some whites have been black slaves in past lives, and the “reparation” doesn’t make sense even in concept given that.”
“Life isn’t fair. You can rise to the challenge and overcome the obstacles and make something of your life or wallow in self-pity, do nothing with your life, and demand reparations for something you don’t even deserve that creates even more injustice and unfairness.”

“As for economic inequality, or inequality in general, well, some are smarter, some are prettier, some are stronger, some are richer, these inequalities will always exist unless you change human nature itself fundamentally.”
“Trying to change that socially is delusional and stupid because it’s impossible. You can award participation trophies all you want; the kids know who won, who deserves it, and what a liar you are for pretending otherwise.”
“Even if you redistribute wealth so that everyone has the same amount of money, inequality will assert itself because some will gamble everything away and become poor, some will invest wisely and become richer, etc. That’s human nature.”
“And if you keep trying to equalize by giving more to those that gamble away, etc. why? What kind of insane system rewards those who are irresponsible and punishes those who are responsible?”
“That’s the kind of insane system you’re creating by trying to equalize the outcome. Why should freeloaders, cheaters, incompetent, and lazy get as much as the diligent/competent? It’s not just stupid but immoral.”
“And if you hire less qualified people because you want to equalize across race/sex, you have only yourself to blame if your rockets crash, if your bridges collapse, if your movies bomb, etc. The disaster is the reward for your stupidity.”
“Yes, there is economic unfairness in our system due to corruption, because we don’t elect our leaders to represent us, they’re selected and funded by the wealthy to represent their interests and only give lip service to ours.”
“They control the process, the narrative, the media coverage to give the illusion of democracy when in fact these politicians couldn’t care less about our interests, most of them. You don’t expect bribed judges to be fair, why would you expect bribed politicians to be fair?”
“Just because the courts legalized it? Legalized bribery is still bribery. Corrupt politicians selecting corrupt judges to integrate corrupt laws. You can call it whatever you like, it doesn’t change the effect, it doesn’t change what it is.”
“If you’re going to protest, if you’re going to become an activist, at least get your facts straight, know what sorts of injustice are actually being committed, instead of coming up with bullshit theories like Critical Race Theory.”

“It used to be the right with the intolerant attitudes and narrowly moralistic perspectives about things they don’t even understand, and while that’s still largely the case, the left has become even worse with their arrogant, sanctimonious attitudes.”
“A lot of these so-called ‘activists’ are not activists but thugs, idiotic punks with no respect for others or different views, no respect for even their right to have an opinion. You don’t get to decide who can have an opinion, who can speak, no one gave you that power.”
“Even the wise, the educated, the impartial can’t be trusted with such power because we can’t be sure of their purity, that they aren’t corrupted, no way will anyone trust these arrogant morons with such power.”
“If you have to yell and disrupt a speaker, you’re a moron that cannot even counter what someone has said with words, with truth, with genuine discussion, but only with force, with immature tactics. You’ve already lost; you’ve already shown the world what losers you are.”
“If you have to form a mob to chase down someone because you disagree with their views, you’re a thug, a criminal, no better than KKK. No one should pay attention to what you have to say because you obviously cannot even defend your views without resorting to violence.”
“If you think you’re justified in indiscriminately destroying others’ property, you’re a thug with no respect for others, why should anyone respect you, your views, your property, your rights, when you clearly don’t show the same in return?”
“If you preach love, empathy, tolerance, and yet do not even allow others to speak their mind, you’re a liar, a hypocrite, the most intolerant of intolerant pigs, at least the right does not pretend to be tolerant when they aren’t.”
“I understand that these radical leftists have turned universities into breeding grounds for these privileged, arrogant, ideological morons with ideological propaganda like ‘Women’s Studies’ masquerading as academic study, but that’s no excuse, you should know better.”
“If you’re incapable of critically thinking about what others have told you, your education is worthless, you should get your money back, because you didn’t get an education but rather an indoctrination, into something truly moronic and dangerous.”
“If they’re going to give you propaganda instead of education, the least they could do is teach you how to defend your moronic views, which apparently they didn’t, judging by the way you interact with any campus speaker with different views.”
“And no, yelling and chanting moronic ideological propaganda to drown out their talk doesn’t count as defending your views. Your Women’s Studies professor might get away with publishing papers with such nonsense because it’s a farce, but not you, not in the real world.”
“You think you’re protesting? Protesting what? Their right to their opinion? Their views? Protesting is what you do when you don’t have the power, when you’re unfairly under subjugation. How is their speech a threat to you unless your views are truly indefensible?”
“You create these ‘safe spaces’ to be safe from bullies, yet you are the bullies who cannot tolerate any view different than your own without throwing tantrums, without mob violence, without turning into immature children.”
“There’s no right more sacred than freedom of speech, yet you routinely advocate the violation of this most sacred of all rights, the very thing that makes us human, the one thing that still separates us from intolerable dictatorships of the past and the present.”
“All for what? So your feelings won’t get hurt? So your views won’t get challenged? Your feelings deserve to get hurt, your views deserve to get challenged, if you’re this weak, if your views are this ridiculous, those who shield you from reality aren’t your friends.”
“If you don’t like what someone says, you can choose not to listen, you can block them on social media, but to take away their right to speak at all … What are you afraid of? What are you hiding? If you’ve got nothing to hide, no speech from anybody can be a threat to you.”
“If they’re foolish or unkind, their speech will betray them as such. If they’re deceptive or controlling, you can point out the deception and expose them for who they are. If you’re this controlling of others’ speech, I can only conclude that there’s something wrong.”
“Either you’re a manipulative narcissist that can’t stand your views being challenged or there’s something wrong with your views that you’re trying to hide behind the pretense of being ‘nice,’ of promoting justice against racism, sexism, all kinds of LGBTQ-phobia.”
“Automatically calling anyone hateful as if there’s anything wrong with hating stupid ideologies and manipulative, dishonest, selfish assholes. If you love lies, if you love stupid, sick propaganda, that’s not a virtue, no matter how many immoral hate speech laws you create.”
“I shouldn’t have to say any of these things, all of this should be perfectly obvious to anyone with any common sense. But the fact that I have to say these things at all shows how messed up the world is, how education has failed you.”
a monologue about social, political, and moral philosophy cleverly disguised as a dialogue between me and my imaginary daughter Annie: Next.
