don't settle with your normal banana in a hurry slice open them into two vertically dip them in flour-sugar-turmeric mix fully slide them into the oiled pan to fry toss them upside down until golden-yellow crispy enjoy your warm golden crispy banana bites already

Since the menu is not the meal, as Alan Watts said, I had prepared some banana fries already:

I remember that banana fry used to be a source of joy in my childhood; dad used to buy me one after school on the way home.
