Abundance is sure to flow

Every spoken sentence beginning with ‘I Am’ is a powerful spell exhaled into action. Describe yourself wisely. ― Dacha Avelin

Just the other day, while I was cleaning my kitchen, I heard a powerful podcast episode. On it, the host talked to his guest about the power of language. At that moment, I learned the meaning of soft talk words.

The words that we use are more powerful than we know.

They can create our reality, and in turn, the actions we choose to take.

I learned that our words become like magical spells. The more direct we are with ourselves using our language, the better results we will see.

What are you creating with your words?

On this podcast, I learned the meaning of soft talk. These are words that we use that are less direct. However, when we use them, they lessen our power. As a result, we take fewer actions.

Language expert Mark England taught the audience about ten words that we should avoid using when talking to ourselves or others about our intentions.

Here is the list of words that he tells us to write in large letters on a piece of paper and post them where we will see them often.

Soft Talk List:

maybe

think

guess

sort of

almost like

kind of

probably

perhaps

hopefully

try

one day

By creating an awareness of these words, we change the story we tell ourselves.

Let us all participate in this challenge! The time is now to create a reality that brings in love and light.

I believe that more abundance will flow to all of us when we choose to tell ourselves stories that uplift us.

Over the past few days, my awareness of these words has increased. Now I catch myself if I start to use soft talk.

We are living in a world where we can create a bright reality.

Choosing our words wisely not only changes our own reality in the present moment, but it will ripple out to others as well.

I invite you to try this challenge for yourself. See how your language changes your experience and how you feel. Notice the changes in your days.

You are a magician in your own life. You have the power to use words to tell yourself a story of possibilities and dreams. Open up to creating more for the world.

My prayer and my intention for you is to create powerful spells by using words that make a better experience for you at this moment.
