Crassulaceae and Cacti of gardens near the top of the Andes
On visiting during summer an arid region of Argentina in the province of Mendoza, where the tallest peak of this chain sits (mt. Aconcagua), I couldn’t help sharing with you my best shots of the crassulaceae and cacti that people grow around here in their gardens.
All photos by me, straight from my smartphone to your device!

Even some cool flowers that last just one night; best case you can still enjoy them during the morning before they burn out:

Other flowers are more modest, but last longer:

Stay tuned for more nature photography in gardens around here and in the wild Andes!
