Cracking Open My Heart

A message from my Mom, who passed away over 20 years ago.

MY MOTHER passed away in 1998. Last week (on Dec 17th) she said..

You don’t have to look outside to find what’s inside.

Stop trying to find happiness by filling your mind on the outside when you are avoiding looking on the inside.

You need to accept yourself. You are perfect as you are.

You need to forgive yourself about some of the things that you did in the past. You keep over playing the scenarios. Just let it go.

There are a few things that you are not happy with how things turned out. There is a high school trauma that you haven’t forgiven yourself for. There were many times that you came home from school and you just didn’t feel like you were loved. There is a lot of anger. And you even have a lot of anger and resentment to me, as well.

I just need my son to forgive himself. And maybe partially to forgive me, as well.

THIS message was delivered by Cornelius Christopher in a one-on-one session in which I had a very specific question for my Mom. After I asked that initial question, I then asked if my Mom had any messages for me. The quote above was the core message that he delivered, which was much longer and somewhat more detailed in its entirety.

HE (Cornelius) then said…

That is what we got to work on in the meditations — to go inside and forgive myself for the choices that I made at that time, not the actions but the choice.

You might think you have already forgiven yourself, but at your subconscious level, you do not really believe it, you are just saying it. You need to feel it. You need to be honest and forgive yourself first.

The physical that I feel when your mom talks about trauma is this one, right here in the heart, its so frikin tight. Your lungs and the chest is tight.

Its almost like it just want to crack open!

That is where this is held. This is held in this area here, and it is held right to the back of that spine — it is in the T6 and T7. And it is stopping the energy moving up and down.

And this is also linked to a bit of anxiety right above the diaphragm, as well. You heart chakra and your anxiety are out of balance.

I can feel it. Its like, just crack it open. But you’ve got to do it. You got to go within.

This is just a snippet from the full session, which lasted over an hour. I also had a question for my Dad, who passed away in 2001. In the same second question about a message for me, he said that I need to “follow my intuition” and that “whenever I don’t follow my intuition, I always get it wrong”. I might write about that sometime soon, as well.

Every since a near-suicide experience in Spring 2019, he has the ability to communicate with the “consciousness” (or “inner mind” or “higher self” — I am not sure what the best term is) of any person, living or deceased, to received guidance for the ego self.

This was my first one-on-one session with him. (His recommended donation prices are very affordable, and his calendar is very full!)

I have only had a couple of other sessions in my life with people who have psychic abilities similar to this, and I have never tried to communicate with my parents through anyone before. I found the session very informative and insightful, going deeper into my personal subconscious terrain than I ever knew possible, or even existed — WOW, is all I can say!

“Cracking open my heart” is my new mantra, which I essentially received from my Mom. In meditation, I see my heart as a kind of pistachio nut that needs additional effort to crack open. I apply that effort to my heart and I can feel it work.

2020 has been a year of “heart opening” for those of use focused on the global ascension. Cracking open my heart has brought a new sense of expansiveness, power and consciousness in that I had not felt before, making this is a perfect message to close out the year, as we mover into 2021.
