Cozy Sweet Pea Carbonara

Life can throw us many curve balls! How about a warm, comforting dish of pasta?
Cozy Sweet Pea Carbonara 16 oz favorite pasta (cooked and drained) 2 cups fresh or frozen peas (steamed and drained) 1 pound bacon (cooked and crumbled) 3 large eggs (whipped) 1 cup parmesan cheese 3 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon dried parsley 1 teaspoon black pepper
This recipe requires medium heat and a skillet. Firstly, add 2 tablespoons butter. Melt, and add peas. Next, add half parmesan cheese to eggs and stir into pasta. Now, add the pasta to skillet. Top with bacon and remaining parmesan cheese.
Lastly, top with one tablespoon butter, parsley, and black pepper. Enjoy!
