First and foremost, being alive in a moment. Being aware of the beauty in everything. Being grateful for every breath. Being attuned to the wisdom of the inner self.
Expressing gratitude to bounties of life. Enjoying every ray of sunshine. Engaging with natural beauty. Ensuring an enriching experience with everyone.
Finding time to laugh at silly things. Finishing each day with a review of things that brought a smile. Happiness is protected by avoiding unhappy situations. Happiness is celebrated as a daily ritual.
Spending time with family. Selecting happy moments from painful memories. Saying only positive things about others. Showing appreciation to those who make me happy.
