Could this be why I’ve had desserts on my mind all week?
I’ve resorted to one of my old-time favorites. These cakes are called 3–2–1 cake in a mug.
They’re perfect in every way. You only add water. Although you could add frosting, I prefer fat-free whipped cream.
The best part is how satisfying these can be. They’re the perfect portion, and the variety of flavors is incredible. I’ve been known to eat one of these for dinner on occasion!
