Putin has instructed Russia’s Nuclear Force on High Alert on the 5th day of the war. Is it a bluff or a possible scenario?

With the instruction of Putin started the war between Ukraine and Russia is escalating among Russia and Western Countries. Russia is threatening all of the countries that are against it.
