How your brain’s vibrations provide self-awareness

Could Consciousness All Come Down To The Way Things Vibrate?

Is general resonance the key to the nature of consciousness?

How vibrations within your brain provide self-awareness

All relatively simple vibrations and vibrations that occur in various physical aspects of the brain work together to become extremely complex and provide our self-awareness. [Sources: 3]

The theory of consciousness resonance

Photo by Jesse Martini on Unsplash

This theory of consciousness resonance seeks to provide a unified framework for understanding mind and matter, which includes neurobiology, the study of human consciousness or subjective experience, neurobiology, and biophysics. Synchronization, harmonization, vibration, or simply resonance in the most general sense seem to be an inextricable relationship with consciousness itself.

According to this theory, resonance (more precisely, synchronized vibrations) is at the center of human and animal consciousness and physical reality in general. [Sources: 3, 4, 5]

The key mechanisms of human consciousness

Vibration and resonance, are the key mechanisms of human consciousness, as well as the consciousness of animals in general. Since everything is vibration, everything can be seen as a resonator or an oscillator.

Even objects that seem to be stationary actually vibrate, and resonate at certain frequencies. [Sources: 0, 5, 7]

Resonance defined

Resonance is a type of movement defined by vibrations between two states. And ultimately all matter is just the vibrations of the many fields below.

When several swinging objects are close to each other for a while, they begin to vibrate synchronously. Immobile objects also vibrate continuously and resonate at different frequencies. [Sources: 2, 3, 4]

General vibration

All of this is related to vibration, but it also applies to types of vibration, and more importantly, general vibration. We are talking about vibration, but we are also talking about the types of vibration, and most importantly, about general vibration.

Synchronous vibration

We assume that resonance is another term for synchronous vibration. Moreover, resonance is not only the center of human consciousness but also the center of animal consciousness and general physical reality. [Sources: 2, 6, 7]

The resonance theory of consciousness

In the past ten years, a “resonance theory of consciousness”, has been developed which shows that resonance is another term for synchronous vibration. Once we truly understand that consciousness is a resonance, and our body is made up of resonators, the self can be seen as a mode of interference. This prevents the natural tendency of all material things (or resonators) to fall into sympathetic resonance. [Sources: 0, 2, 7]

On the contrary, it is always related to matter and vice versa: they are two sides of the same coin. Panpsychists believe that consciousness (subjectivity) does not appear; on the contrary, it is always related to matter and vice versa (these are two aspects of the same coin), but the thoughts related to most matter in our universe are usually very simple. [Sources: 6, 7]

The role of resonance or communication in different parts of your brain

Photo by David Matos on Unsplash

It seems that for consciousness to exist, a conscious thing must have a brain. If this is true, then consciousness does not necessarily need a physical brain to become conscious, but it must be able to provide universal resonance within a short period of time. Many studies using brain imaging techniques seem to indicate that for consciousness to exist, there must be some form of communication or resonance in different parts of the brain. [Sources: 4]

The general resonance in the human brain, which, for example, implements gamma synchronization, consists of many more nerve cells and neural connections than in the case of beta or theta rhythms alone. Hence, the type of connection between resonant structures is the key to expanding consciousness beyond the rudimentary type of consciousness that we would expect to find in more basic physical structures. [Sources: 2, 7]

As a particular general resonance expands into more and more components, the new conscious entity that results from this resonance and combination becomes larger and more complex.

General resonance (synchronization) is the key to the nature of consciousness

Thus, the theory of resonance of consciousness attempts to link current research efforts in various fields with the idea, in some way proposed by various thinkers over the past two decades, that general resonance (synchronization) is the key to the nature of consciousness.

This resonance theory is based on the work of Fries and many others with a broader approach that can help explain not only the consciousness of humans and mammals but also consciousness in a broader sense. [Sources: 5, 6]

Based on the observed behavior of the entities around us, from electrons to atoms and molecules, from bacteria to mice, bats, rats ,and so on, we assume that all things can be considered at least to have some extent of consciousness.

Everything has some form of consciousness

Theoretically, everything, from atoms to people, can have some form of consciousness, from almost insignificant in atoms to a very complex form that humans possess. [Sources: 4, 6]

Crick and Koch highlighted this concept in their neurobiological consciousness theory (Crick and Koch, 1990; Koch, 2004). For example, German neurophysiologist Pascal Fries studied the way in which different electrical patterns in the brain are synchronized to produce different types of human consciousness. He concluded that your brain pulses, vibrates and functions at different frequencies. [Sources: 0, 5, 6]

How to dissolve the ego

Bringing resonators to the heart and head into sympathetic resonance can go a long way in dissolving the interference pattern, which is a false fear-based feeling of self, also known as the ego.

When fear at this level disappears from the body, only the sympathetic vibration remains. In terms of vision, this allows the understanding that everything is vibration to hit you right between the eyes. [Sources: 0]

The study of resonance leads to a deeper understanding of the nature of consciousness and the potential of the entire universe. The resonance theory is based on the work of Fries and many others.

Using a more comprehensive approach can not only help describe consciousness in humans and mammals, but it can also describe consciousness more broadly.

The theory of the resonance of consciousness attempts to provide a unified framework that includes neuroscience, as well as more basic questions of neurobiology and biophysics, and philosophy of mind. This involves the core of the important differences in the evolution of consciousness and physical systems. [Sources: 1, 2, 6, 7]

The interaction of neurons in the brain

Some researchers have successfully identified at least three parts of the human brain that are important to our so-called consciousness (although there are other parts). Most people would also agree that consciousness comes at least in part from the complex interaction of neurons in the brain.

The NOW model is consistent with the possibility of some kind of consciousness in all lower neural hierarchies, no matter how primitive the consciousness may be (as assumed by the general resonance theory developed in sources 4 and 5). [Sources: 4, 5]

However, the theory that vibrations explain how perceptions of varying degrees of complexity are created, resonating to a more or less complex degree, has yet to be conclusively proven.

The resonant mindfulness theory

The resonant mindfulness theory seeks to provide a unified framework comprised of neurobiology as well as the more fundamental problems of neuroscience and biophysics, as well as the mind’s perspective.

The Takeaway — The general relativity theory

General relativity is a theory of the field of consciousness in which various specific fields associated with matter and energy are the focus of conscious awareness at different levels of an organization. [Sources: 2, 3, 5]
