Summary

The website content discusses the complex nature of conspiracy theories, acknowledging their role as a container for unpopular and ridiculous opinions, while also recognizing the potential for uncovering valuable insights, particularly in the realms of science and spirituality.

Abstract

Conspiracy theories are often dismissed as nonsensical or harmful, yet the content suggests they can contain hidden truths and meaningful perspectives, especially during uncertain times. The author distinguishes between serious conspiracies, such as those surrounding the Covid vaccine, and more satirical ones like "Birds aren't real." The text explores the human tendency to seek meaning in uncertain events, often turning to spiritual or supernatural explanations when scientific ones are lacking or unsatisfactory. It delves into the idea that reality is not fixed, highlighting the convergence of scientific theories like string theory and quantum mechanics with spiritual concepts such as mentalism, which both suggest that reality is shaped by individual perception. The author advocates for a balanced approach to understanding our world, utilizing both scientific methodologies and spiritual explorations to navigate the complexities of reality, including the possibility of higher dimensions and past lives.

Opinions

  • Conspiracy theories can offer more than just misinformation; they can be a source of meaningful ideas and challenge conventional knowledge.
  • The author believes that both science and spirituality have valuable contributions to our understanding of reality, with science providing a methodical approach and spirituality offering a more liberal exploration.
  • There is a critique of the scientific community for being reluctant to explore theories that challenge established scientific knowledge, which could limit our understanding of higher dimensions and other aspects of reality.
  • The article suggests that reality might be influenced by our thoughts

Conspiracy Is a Huge Container Of The Unpopular Opinions Stacked Along With The Ridiculous

But searching that container reveals more diamonds than I thought

Conspiracy theories can emerge in periods of uncertainty as people come face to face with inexplicable uncertainties. Such was the nature of witch hunts in the past or the parallel that we have seen with the Covid vaccine conspiracies since 2020.

But not all conspiracies are that serious. The “Birds aren’t real” conspiracy for instance is a joke orchestrated by mostly, GEN Zs as a way to mock real misinformation.

A lot of conspiracies arise as a way for people to attach meaning to uncertain and/or scary events.

The unavailability or ignorance of satisfactory scientific explanations and solutions to people’s problems always causes them to look at spiritual forces and their channels as the cause.

In my home country, a lot of people still think that sorcery and all forms of witchcraft are the cause of their serious problems and they will consequently rely on these for solutions even those that are a matter of life and death.

The world has reached a level where a lot of problems would be solved very easily if only people would abandon their conspiracy theories and listen to the proven alternatives. And I guess it’s cool to some extent that conspiracy theories generally have a negative connotation as it dissuades many more people from getting deluded.

But having a term that we can blanket over every complex idea that challenges our beliefs comes with one major downside. It can be used by false actors to divert people from truths that may challenge conventional knowledge.

One of the areas that have been affected the most by this downside is that which has to do with the nature of our reality. I don’t want to use the word “spiritual” because it has the tendency to lose many people in thoughts that this is about religion which is incorrect.

In science, String theory which is one of the leading physics models for about 50+ years now states that the universe exists in 10 dimensions. This is not a theory among spiritual communities. It is a fact that has been around for much longer than 50 or even 2000 years.

But I will stick to science for now. When I listen to scientists explaining these dimensions, it is honestly sad. Most will satisfactorily explain to you how the first 3 dimensions work and they can give you a lot of insights into the nature of reality on those 3 dimensions.

But right after the 3rd dimension(which is the dimension on which we are btw), they can’t seem to make sense and struggle to explain the fourth dimension. Beyond that, they don’t even bother.

I am sure that many scientists have theories about how higher dimensions would work but they can’t obtain evidence without them losing credibility within the scientific community.

Therefore, the explanations, if known, are either avoided or highly filtered to make sense within the existing confines of scientific knowledge.

That would be alright because it stops us from rushing blindly into unknown territories. Proofs come with safe applications that stop us from getting hurt.

But when you spend most of your life believing one thing to be true, proof of a contradicting belief to be the truth makes it harder for you to change beliefs. This may be due to several reasons such as having evidence of a personal experience that supports the belief they are telling you is not true.

If you add in mistrust for the system, you get another kind of conspiracy on which both sides claim to have evidence. It’s a mess. — Such is the nature of our reality.

What makes reality explorations so complex is that reality is not fixed. Both science(quantum mechanics) and spirituality(mentalism) have made the same deduction that basically says — reality is what you choose it to be.

Different paths converge at this one point so it makes it really hard to have a single proof that stands above everything else.

Therefore, whether you believe in one or the other, either way, you are right.

But the available beliefs of both schools are not the same. Science is more methodical therefore limited while spirituality is more liberal and therefore expansive.

That should not fool you, however. Both disciplines have rules and guidelines to guide the seeker of knowledge. Science has its laws, and principles and so does spirituality.

Explorations in any of these areas therefore can be safe and responsible. I personally don’t prefer one over the other because I think they both play an important role in helping us understand our world although I will admit that sometimes, scientific limitations frustrate me.

But I find science very helpful in applying unconventional knowledge in the real world without being looking weird. Spirituality is very helpful in deep explorations of personal reality that are not yet considered by science.

When we dive into the conspiracy bucket, therefore, we can sort through the fluff through both disciplines. Interesting ideas can be explored with both disciplines.

The case of dimensions of existence for instance is a powerful one. When we think of extra-terrestrials, this is one conspiracy that many laugh at. I am however not very interested in proving that but I am interested in what that means for life beyond our planet or even dimension.

Are there beings who operate on the 4th and higher dimensions? Maybe love too is a being at say the 9th dimension and its rays permeate all lower dimensions and touch each and every single one of us influencing us all but in varying degrees. Maybe the polarities individualize at the 7th dimension to form beings with a journey upward. And maybe we too are beings who influence lower dimensions with our thoughts, co-creating with the supreme energy.

I can’t confirm whether these assumptions are right or wrong but they are possibilities that exist for exploration.

In my unconventional spiritual experiences, I have questioned my sanity but I have also gained tremendous perspectives that have helped me deal with the harsh realities of life.

I remember when I was bored of just flying around during my OBE sessions and I decided to start poking around at the secrets that the universe had for me. In OBEs, you explore with intentions so my intention was to know my past life because I had already heard about the experience somewhere else and I was curious.

Down a tunnel-like dark void, I went emerging on the other side seated across an old man on the street. It must have been somewhere in Pakistan, Afghanistan, or any Asian country with a similar climate. There was no talking. We were just seated facing each other and this must have been centuries ago as there was no sign that I was in a modern world.

The man was about 70 years old and it looked like he had lived his entire life as a beggar. At that moment, I had revelations of his name and everything about him like it was my life. He looked scared and I could also feel it within me.

Before I could make sense of what was going on, I excited myself into waking up. My waking up also came with a lot of forgetting. I was left with fragments of the feeling and experience.

But one thing it made me try to understand was why I was so fascinated by dry-ish climates like the ones in those countries. It made me understand why movies like Fidler on the roof have a very strong hold on me more than any movie I have ever watched. — It made me understand that the old man I was looking at was probably me in a past life and since he was in a dry-ish climate similar to those scenes I have talked about, this is why all my life, I have always felt drawn to them.

Now, I don’t really know whether that was truly my past life. All I know is that I trained my brainwaves to stay at the level between waking up and sleeping which enabled me to explore alternate realities while conscious. These realities might have been products of my imagination or prior suggestions or real but either way, they happened in such vivid detail an experience of which no proof can take away.

And this is the nature of many people’s experiences.

I have made and lost friends through mental movies as well as through the “realistic” paths but what’s to say that the mental stuff wasn’t real?

I have for instance looked into the possibility of other worlds existing beneath earth. Many think it is a conspiracy theory.

But this is another example of an interesting conspiracy. Not because it would be cool to find worlds with apples the size of my head or with tall lizard people and advanced technology. No. It is interesting because of the first-hand accounts that I can’t seem to explain away.

Should science admit that it exists, it shows that we know so little about our world and personally, it is more exciting than scary.

The case of Neil Amstrong and his Cueva de los Tayos expedition is also another interesting conspiracy theory that is interesting.

If we can look beyond the conspiracy title theory, we can find a lot of useful information that can help provide so many answers to many of our questions.

There is a lot of truth that sits hidden behind the veils of conspiracy. A lot that would help many people lead more meaningful lives but you must be willing to sort through a lot of rubbish to get there.

This means keeping an open mind when listening to ideas that challenge conventional thinking. Most people are capable of sorting through the nonsense and examining any interesting ideas through their scientific and/or spiritual beliefs and doing this will add a lot of meaning to your life as you discover more interesting ideas.
