Mindset | Content | Content Marketing

Consistent. Content. Creation.

This is a mindset piece with great strategies mixed in.

If you are not interested in having a winning online mindset, you can stop reading now.

But if you are interested…

Consistent. Content. Creation.

Once you adopt and put into practice a mindset of consistent content creation, you can pretty much write your own ticket online.

Just 3 words: consistent content creation.

Let’s take a closer look at each of these 3 words to help you adopt this mindset:

Consistent

Here’s what I mean by “not consistent”:

“Well, you know, I tried that content creation thing. I wrote a few articles (2) and nothing really happened. So I really think that content creation thing doesn’t work.”

Do you know how dumb that sounds?

Try it this way:

“Well, you know, I tried that working out thing. I got a gym membership and went a few times (3) and nothing really changed. So I really think that working out thing doesn’t work.”

Here’s what I mean by “consistent”:

Regularly.

It’s best if you can do something at least once a day. I don’t mean an article like this every day, though that is a good thing.

How about a quick video, a meme, a graphic with a tip: that’s 3 days right there :-)

Content

It’s all content.

That email you sent this morning.

That question you answered last week.

The story you told a client.

A tip you consistently give.

You can deliver content in text:

An article, column, email, FAQs, quote, checklist, template.

You can deliver content in audio:

A podcast, radio interview, audio clip, phone call.

You can deliver content in video:

YouTube, Vimeo, live cast, webinar, out takes, video sales letter.

You can deliver content in graphics:

Quote cards, memes, YouTube end cards, info-graphics.

You get the idea?

Creation

Creation. Not writing.

Stop writing. Create.

This is a great mindset shift all by itself.

The mention of writing takes many of us back to school and red pens.

Drop that.

Now pick up the notion of creating.

The notion of creating opens up that creative streak we all have coupled with the desire to help and make a difference.

Consistent. Content. Creation.

It’s what’s for massive online success.

And once you get into “consistent content creation” you’ll want to repurpose that content to get more “bang and bank” for your buck.

This free “repurposing mini-course” can help:
