Connecting With the Divine Self

I wish I knew about this art of reconnecting with my true self.

If you are angry with your life If you can’t find a way out Get out in the open, And feel the gentle touch of the air, It’s tickling your dead porous skin.

Let the warmth of the mighty sun Melt your inner hatred for life

The water flowing through the creeks Is screaming and teaching life lessons Embrace its coolness and soak the wisdom within.

Let the bird’s chirpings please you. Let the wet grass of the ground snuggle you.

The giant oak tree aged over a thousand years. Has a lot to offer than just a canopy, Listen to its stories of rain and thunder. And drench your soul with power.

Nothing remains afar from us. If we look around and not make a fuss God, through these creations, loves us Rekindling the magic of our authentic self, and thus From the negativity, it saves

I am never gonna sit, sulk and cry But I’d listen to God’s melodious lullaby That does not induce sleep But wakes me from the ignorance deep
