Connecting with Nature Has the Potential to Change Your Life
A nature mini prompt in collaboration with Yana Bostongirl

“Take a quiet walk with Mother Nature. It will nurture your mind, body, and soul.” — Anthony Douglas Williams
Nature therapy is unparalleled in its benefits.
Doctors today recommend getting outside and spending quality time in nature for every physical and mental condition.
Spending time in nature does not imply taking long hikes through the woods or going on an extended camping trip. A few moments in nature can also be enough.
Reconnecting with nature can be as simple as incorporating it into your daily routine, whether it’s enjoying the soothing sight of rain through a spacious window, unwinding amidst the lush greenery of your front yard, or taking leisurely walks amidst the trees at a nearby public park.

Even this small amount of time can be beneficial to you. When you return to your work, you are more energized and focused.
Exposure to nature regularly helps to keep anxiety and despair at bay. A short walk also lowers the risk of diabetes and heart disease.
Nature not only benefits our bodily health, but it also benefits our mental health and spiritual well-being.

My Musings and Reflections on Nature
Being outside in nature reminds us that we are a part of something much larger than ourselves. It instills in us a deeper appreciation for life.
The vast blue sky enters your being, eliminating any barrier that stands between you and the elements. You can’t help but smile as the wind caresses your face, removing all your worries.
We have the power to forget about ourselves and the world’s issues while we are in nature. In the form of sunsets, silhouettes, and sparkling light on water, nature teaches us to appreciate beauty and art.

Nature inspires trust, creativity, and tranquillity. It brings out knowledge and clarity of vision and purpose.
Nature facilitates the formation of friendships and partnerships by diverting our focus away from phones, computers, and television, leaving us instead with time together beside one another.
