Congeniality
A poem

Disagreements resolve if we don’t impose our opinions on others. Disillusionments dissolve if we elucidate the reasons for decisions. Disappointments are overlooked if we agree to improve ourselves. Discordance disappears if we ask for forgiveness. Disinterest turns into interest with persuasive arguments. Disrespect turns into respect with persistent honesty. Disingenuousness signals insincerity and carelessness. Don’t indulge in a discursive discussion as it will be a futile effort.
