Love or loathe? that is a question I am sure is asked by many people daily, today we release another competition for “What is love to you?”.

Whilst we look through our previous competition all about your love for your mothers, we have decided to run another competition for May.

The competition

In less than 1,000 words I would like you to write about Medium, why you love it, and why you loathe it (hate is too strong a word!).

You may love the freedom of writing but loathe the wait for your article to get published. You may love a topic but loathe another, tell us what you “love or Loathe” about the Medium platform.

The Rules

IF ANY OF THE RULES ARE BROKEN, YOUR ENTRY WILL BE INVALID, SO PLEASE READ THEM.

  1. You must write your story in 1,000 words or less
  2. You must tag “What is love to you.”
  3. You can only enter once
  4. You must follow “What is love to you.”
  5. You must follow our standard format rules.
  6. The closing date is 16:00 GMT on Tuesday the 31st of May 2022
  7. You must submit a draft format only
  8. You must have an active Paypal account to receive any prize money.
  9. Please tag three Medium Writers.
  10. we will not accept hate writing, so please choose your words carefully
  11. Please use “Love or Loathe” as part of your title.
  12. Editors can enter but cannot win any prize money.
