Welcome back to Week Ten of our 2024 reading community. I hope you enjoyed last week’s reading list and survived Medium’s shakedown of bots, scammers, and hustlers.

We’re still here, and I don’t believe reading groups are a form of scamming. I hope you are all still in, as we are the real backbone and engine of this platform.

Thank you, as always, for being part of this community of like-minded readers. If you are OVER IT, please let me know. If there is someone not reciprocating, please let me know. And . . . please let me know if you have a particular story you would like to share.

I know. It’s annoying when someone says they are reading, and there is no evidence of it. Speak up.

We have another round of great stories and poetry another excellent mix of what it’s like to be living in 2024..

Oh yeah! Here’s the low down:

If you see these stories on Facebook, please access them here, as the Medium CEOs seem to consider social media a form of growth hacking. I do not. I consider this a reader’s platform.

Our itinerary is below. Just remember a few things with this Reading Community — you must read as per the time of the article. We are all speed readers, so this takes patience and honesty.

To help the writers, read the article listed on their profile page.

Remember, this only works if you reciprocate. In this group, we don’t have to pimp ourselves for a read on social media. This is refreshing. If someone in our group is not reading your articles, please let me know in the comments. We do pay attention. Let’s support each other.

This Week’s Ruminations:

That’s all, folks. God Bless, stay safe, and have a good week.
