Colorful, cruciferous collards cover my plate

One helping gives me more Vitamin K than I could possibly need

Love these babies with just one tangy bite

An acquired taste makes it worth giving them a try

Research indicates it can block cancer and its friends

Decreasing the risk of some of my less healthy things

So join me … give them a try … colorful cruciferous collards
