Coffee Challenge 6: Substack
Have you followed my Substack Newsletter?
Last month, I decided to try out Substack. Since that time, I have been pleasantly surprised with how much I love it. Yet, I wouldn’t have jumped over there had it not been for the Coffee Times, Coffee Challenge.
Over the last few days, I have seen some great feedback about my Substack newsletter that I wanted to share with you today.
“I’m interested in learning from your experiences of writing online.” “Your advice is practical and comes from experience.” “I’m always trying to learn more about the self-publishing world.”
These are a few of the pieces of feedback I have received. They tell me that people are hungry o learn more about writing online and self-publishing. Not only that, they are looking for practical advice.
While I feel confident about providing this information, it also helps me tailor each newsletter on Substack to provide information that people are looking for online.
Why a Substack Newsletter Might Be Right for You
I have learned that Substack might be the next best place to be aside from Medium. You have direct contact with your subscribers. There are options for podcasts, videos, and regular posts.
It is a simple place to be where you can create multiple newsletters to write on various topics if you wish. If you aren’t over there yet, you should check it out. If you are, tell me about your experience below!
Special thanks to the awesome judges who are taking a look at everyone’s articles: Vidya Sury, Collecting Smiles, Dr. Preeti Singh, Liberty Forrest, Author, and Yana Bostongirl.
J.R. Heimbigner is a #1 Bestselling Author on Amazon who loves helping people grow in their faith and help writers become authors. You can connect with him on Medium, his website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Substack!
