Clothed In Rainbows and Lightning
A poem

Today she wears the rainbow
Colorful and bright and fun
Everything about her is vibrant and light
She is full of laughter,
When she wears her rainbow clothes
And nothing brings her pain or sorrow
She is tougher than the storm
Tomorrow she will wear the lightning
Fierce and fiery and ferocious
She quick to lip, and hasty to fight
Her passion is a sight to behold
Unless, under her wrath, you find yourself
Those around her respect her power
Her confidence is her fury
Pity upon the poor fool who told her to be the rainbow
He experienced the full power of the lightning
All its wrath and fury expended on unsuspecting moron
But also pity those who tell her to wear the lightning
For they are only interested in the power it holds
The rainbow and the lightning, together make her up
One without the other is nothing short of a disaster
She is clothed in rainbows and lightning
The light and the dark, the good and the bad
She is not one or the other, for they do not define her
She is powerful and she is soft
She is colorful and wild and intense
She is beautiful to behold and awe-inspiring to survey
She is clothed in rainbows and lightning
