The moment has finally come!

I am glad to announce to you that I have opened my publication.

This opening came in a moment of perfection. I have reached a milestone of 1000 followers.

I have four months since I have been writing on Medium. Opening a publication was something I was afraid of. I wanted to open it in a perfect moment.

This is why the name of the publication is Close to Perfection.

Also, fortunately, and unfortunately, I am a perfectionist. Haha!

The publication is focused on bringing quality both for the writer and the reader.

Characteristics of the publication

»⁋« I will accept only 20 stories per day (I think it is a little ambitious to think about 20 in the beginning, but in case we reach there);

— Improvement(Growth, Productivity).

»⁋« The story must be included in one of these topics;

»⁋« Regarding the topics, I am thinking of a voting system that would give the weekly topic of the publication;

»⁋« Before you submit the story,

— please make sure it fits in one of the enumerated topics,

— and add the relevant tag for it;

»⁋« For now, every writer can post only one story per day.

Rules of the publication

»⁋« Please, no AI content;

»⁋« Make sure the title delivers the relevant content;

»⁋« The story should contain something from your experience, a real story, results, achievements;

— If you write about five ways to make money online, please share your experience regarding at least one of them — you got my point;

»⁋« Don’t forget about the Medium rules;

»⁋« Only draft stories will be accepted;

»⁋« Your story should include a link to this story at the end of it.

To submit a story, click those three dots between the publish button and the notifications bell, click the “Add to publication” button, and then choose Close to Perfection from the list.

That all! All you have to do is to wait.

You should know my time zone is Eastern European Time EET UTC+2.

I can post your story anytime between 8 am and 10–11 pm.

As I said, after he publishes his story, the writer must read at least one story from the publication. After that, he will note the title of the story he read in a form.

At the end of the week, the writer with the most votes will have a story in a different section of the publication for next week.

Here comes a better part!

In the next week, everyone who publishes a story must read two stories: the best of last week’s story and a random one that he likes (that he will note on the form for the next phase of this feature).

But here comes the best part!

At the end of the month, the author with the most votes (articles on best of last week) will get a coffee for me using the Buy Me a Coffee site or any tip site.

It is less for now, but I am thinking of a way to be more than a coffee.

I will see how this system works. If it works, I will update it and make it better. If it doesn’t, I will adapt it.
