Clematis and Hummingbirds
A poem from my garden
Clematis and Hummingbirds
clematis creeps across the window top flows down the sides petals of purple and mauve make slight contact
ripples of color catch reflections in glass signaling a glimpse of the future
hummingbirds flock close catching reflections in the window pane becoming confused
Mother Nature helps out sending flower scents from nearby gardens to distract fluttering wings
