Clarification on Channeling

One Point of View

Like many of you I’m sure, part of bringing in the new year today was catching up on some reading on Medium. Also like many, I have my favorite authors, and I also like to branch out and enjoy the work of authors who are new to me. While I enjoyed several articles today, there was one I found disturbing, and I’d like to address a few things represented as facts, that I disagree with, although this isn’t a dressing down or challenge to the author, who I will not name. I’ve written an entire article on how truth is relative and dependent on many factors, and I’m not suggesting that the author of the piece in question is lying. I’m sure she’s telling her truth, but it is not mine, and because of the many statements steeped in vehement negativity, I feel a rebuttal of sorts is needed for clarification purposes.

As many of you know, I channel the Archangels. That is my truth. Their messages are beautiful, inspirational, encouraging, and very loving, which is why I’ve chosen to share them with others. I realize not everyone is ready to accept what I do or believe in the messages, and that’s okay. I respect all opinions, including the author in question. I might’ve offered a brief comment, rather than writing this article, but the opportunity to leave comments was blocked. Because of this, I’d like to address several points made and add my own commentary. The article took exception to several spiritual beliefs and practices, to which I would add my own views in order to offer another perspective. Most of the points I wish to address pertain to Channeling. All points are paraphrased.

Point: No advanced conscience would ever channel through humans. Higher, intelligent consciousness will never lower their vibration.

Counterpoint:

Again, according to my truth and my personal experience and with respect, I say this is entirely false. It sounds as though the author believes humans are beneath higher guides, and I have found this to be untrue. One of the hardest concepts for me to accept from the Archangels is that they consider us equals. I’ve written about it previously. They tell me that they have great respect and gratitude for us, that they were created by God to help mankind. While they can do many things we can’t, we also can do things that they are unable to do, and they admire us for volunteering to help at this time on Earth.

Whereas some people need to raise their vibration, the Archangels meet us halfway, so to speak. The trick is finding an energetic frequency that works at both ends. I’ve also written about how you can go about raising your vibration.

There are many, many accounts from many, different people who channel high guides, since the beginning of time actually, including Angels, Ascended Masters, etc. In so many cases, we have channeled very similar messages without knowing it at the time. The author mentioned that energy is everything, and I do agree that everything is connected to energy. The more I channel, the more sensitive I am to energy, and the other people I know of who channel all have exceptionally high vibrational energy. They’re people I very much enjoy spending time with, and I’ve been told the same by many regarding my own energy. It’s not really a case of high guides lowering their vibration as much as seeking a common vibration that suits both parties. They are not stuck at a lower vibration after connecting with humans.

Point: People who say they channel are fragmented.

Counterpoint:

I’m not really sure what that means, however, I assure you, I am quite whole, I’m at peace, I’m joyous, and I have never been in a better place in my life, since I began channeling the Archangels. I was content before, even happy at times, but now I wake up looking forward to the day ahead, almost always. Fragmented hints at being undone or broken. I’ve never felt more complete in my life.

Point: People who channel have allowed lower frequency entities to attach with seductive, misaligned emotional/mental patterns who fool them and lie to them, pretending to be angels and high guides.

Counterpoint:

Whereas it’s possible to encounter lower vibrational entities, this can be avoided. Energy attracts like energy. That’s why it’s important to raise your own vibration before you try to channel. If something doesn’t feel right, break the connection. I don’t know a lot about this, as I’ve never encountered such entities. I have always asked for protection and guidance from the Archangels, and nothing gets to me without going through them first. I’ve always felt safe. Anyone can ask the Archangels for protection. They will hear you. Guardian Angels also steer us away from dangerous entities. I don’t say it’s impossible to connect with lower entities, only that you can take precautions to guard against it. The few people I know of who have met lower entities say they could immediately feel the difference.

Point: People like this latch onto other people’s energy.

Counterpoint:

Everyone is affected by the energy of other people and things. The energy of trees is particularly soothing to me. Have you ever been around someone who makes you feel good just by being close to you? The opposite is also true. Some people have a vibration low enough that it affects others in an uncomfortable way. Neither is necessarily aimed at people. Most don’t even know when energy is exchanged or interacts, but it happens all the time. The point is, it’s not about latching onto energy, it’s about encountering and, for some, feeling it in everyone and everything. Clearing your chakras is all about clearing away energies and emotions that don’t serve you well. This is necessary, because there is energy all around us, and we are affected by it, sometimes positively and sometimes negatively.

Point: Reincarnation is fictional, as consciousness was never meant to inhabit one body. The goal is divine detachment.

Counterpoint:

This is the opposite of my truth. Reincarnation is necessary in order to learn what we need to commune with God. And the goal is unity and the realization that we are ALL connected to each other, to God, to the universe. EVERYTHING is connected, because we all come from the same source of creative energy, whether you relate to that energy as God, Source, Spirit, etc.

Because of reincarnation, there is no such place as Hell for condemned people. We are not judged and thrown away. Instead, we learn important lessons during every lifetime, and we plan our lives in a way that leads to learning these lessons. Once we learn them, they stay with us, and we move on to other lessons. If energy is everything, and we are all energy, doesn’t it stand to reason that we are all ultimately connected?

Final Thoughts

Again, this is not in any way meant as a personal attack, but when someone presents their views as facts, and those facts go against everything I believe to be truth, especially where the Angels and high guides are concerned, I feel it’s my responsibility to defend them and support alternative views. I can’t offer any more proof than the author can that I’m right and everyone with a different view is wrong, but I’ve always found that the more information you can get on a topic, the better informed a decision you can make. So please, take this in the way it’s intended. I’m not trying to discredit or convince anyone.

I will say that the Archangels’ messages are always full of love and support for all of us. The vast majority of comments that I receive are positive and speak of the peace and guidance gained from reading the articles I write, for which they and I are grateful. The Angels are always positive and hopeful. They’re always with me, and I feel their love at all times, especially when I channel them. I do not believe they are lower entities out to fool me. I say this, because I know it and I feel it. As sensitive as I’ve become to energy, I have no doubt that I would know the difference.

So, I offer this information for further consideration of whether or not people can channel high guides. I’ve read a lot about it and studied all kinds of sources regarding channeling and other psychic phenomena, but most importantly, I’ve experienced channeling the Archangels myself. It’s made my life richer, more peaceful, more joyous, and more hopeful. I’m a better, stronger person because of it, and I’ve learned so much. I choose to share my good fortune with others, but if it doesn’t resonate, that’s okay. Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs, and I respect them all. I’m not angry with the other author, but I do disagree with her. As I said early on, truth is relative and rarely absolute.
