THE WIND PHONE | LOSS AND GRIEF ESSAYS
Christine Schoenwald, Boost Nominator, Will Choose Essays from The Wind Phone Starting This Week
We’re delighted to nominate your heartfelt stories of loss and grief, as they’re so important to all of us

Congrats to all the fantastic writers with Parasol Publications, and a huge congrats to writers of The Wind Phone, who will soon find their stories receiving the Boost. As of June 1st, The Wind Phone is a Nominator for the Boost. We have always had several essays boosted, including one recently. We’re happy to be recognized.
Christine Schoenwald, who is the most senior member of my editorial team, submitted her application to assist in nominating Boosts. And now, here she is! She is sifting through your stories and will be nominating up to twenty stories per month.
Stories chosen must be superior, crafted beautifully, without many CTAs at the end (calls to action, such as referral program, etc.). You may link one story if you like, but the less the better. Please revise and edit until your gem is well polished.
You all know how important it is to tell your stories of loss. We’ve all lost our precious family members, friends, and yes — pets. During 2020, many of us lost our mobility and health. So many stories to tell.
Now, your essays will receive some love from a wider readership, and we have all of you at Parasol to thank. You stepped forward to share your stories. You comment on others’ stories, and support them. Thank you for that.
Please keep writing your stories. We appreciate you!
Deb Groves Harman, publisher with Parasol Publications Huge appreciation to our amazing editorial team — Christine, Darren, Mike, Kit, Conni, Vidya and Ellen
