Christians in Their Ignorance Have Betrayed Their Religion Denying the Teachings of Jesus Christ
American Christianity is in need of serious reformation for the sake of their own souls as well as the sanity and fate of the nation.
The views expressed herein are not necessarily the views of Illumination or any of the staff. They might not even be the views of the author himself. They are meant to get you to think critically, questioning your assumptions.
Mahatma Gandhi noticed the same phenomena discussed below in the 1940s when he said, “I like your Christ. I do not like your Christians. They are so unlike your Christ.”
Extremist attitudes causing millions of unsuspecting people to veer off a true spiritual path requires an equal extremist reaction to dissolve, especially if those people are still clinging strongly to their denial. A people so deceived need a strong rebuke and warning to wake them from their “Satanic slumber.”
That is the basic reasoning for this essay. They have closed their eyes to the truth of how much damage they’ve done to others in society, including their own families and children. If they don’t care about the psychological damage they’ve done to their own children, maybe, if they care about anyone, they’ll care about the damage done to their own souls.
Either way, there is a group of Americans who need to be told, point blank with strong words how exasperating they are to people outside of their cult. I am of course talking about the twisted American branch of what they call “Christianity” which bares no resemblance to Christianity as it is expressed in the rest of the world.
“Take up your cross and follow me.” (Matthew 16:24)
There is a website that says in the very first sentence that this statement in no way means that Jesus meant that you should be burdened in any way. I disagree. That sentiment conveys the problem with American Christianity. Burdens are for other people, my life should be easy.
American Christians have conveniently forgotten about, “Take up your cross and follow me,”((Matthew 16:24) and most of the book of Matthew for that matter since his gospel focuses on good works more than the belief in the power of just believing.
Most sects of the American Christian cult prefer the magic of talking themselves into strengthening their belief over good works. They chose to ignore Christ’s actual words in favor of an easier to achieve salvation through Paul’s interpretation of his death upon the cross. A twist on Christianity Paul invented as he was trying to evangelize the new religion, spreading some version of Christianity to the Roman Empire.
Your thoughts, your visualizations, and your beliefs have an effect on the world. Be careful what you believe is what you believe.
Westerners unschooled and ignorant in the laws of the Universe have, mostly unknowingly, set upon their invisible best friend the curses of many generations.
They have, in their ignorance, neediness, helplessness along with a desire to abdicate themselves of responsibility, believing spiritual growth unnecessary, have heartlessly through their prayers placed the weight of all their karma upon this one soul to carry.
If thought true for even a moment, this would be a nightmare to Christian sects. Acting as they do, such a statement if made would require immediate dismissal and denial without giving the concept any further thought. That is just another example of how many Christians hate Christ.
They lean on the concept that his death on the cross washed away all their sins, giving more meaning to his death than the words he spoke while he was alive. It’s a convenient cop-out as well as a lie. This abdicates them of all responsibility for their own actions and negates the need for any growth as a person in their lives.
Paul likely lived a couple to a few decades after the time of Jesus. His letters precede all four gospels which were written decades after Paul’s letters by people definitely not named Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.
What makes you so sure you know how evil attacks and are able to prevent them?
Your run of the mill everyday Christian has been duped by subtle forces of evil into performing the blasphemous act of psychologically and psychically pushing their own sins onto His innocent soul, and through the working of forbidden magic cunningly placed in their belief system taking advantage of their ignorance, keeping them in the dark, easily duped believers utter curses against the one they purport to be their Lord and Savior.
The cross a constant reminder of his death, minimizing his life and his works. The pagan undertones are many and don’t end there. Even his new birthday, in the dead of winter, December 25th shared with a previously crucified savior, Mithra, connotes elements of natural magic. These are all signs that the religion long ago was usurped by a force that wants people to focus on death instead of life.
Their own minds, their belief system, and the very words they speak betray them, revealing the true desires of their darker, more selfish sides. They seek a scapegoat and welcome the story created by Paul as he concocted the story of sacrifice to bring meaning to what seemed at the time like a meaningless act of barbarism and cruelty, exposing the ugliness with which humans treat each other. They favor Paul, a Roman who never met Jesus, a man who persecuted Jews and Christians, over the four most popular gospels.
Start with what is known to be basic truth before speculating on meaning.
If they were to see the crucifixion as it was, a senseless act of death upon an innocent, caring soul, Christianity would look very different now. The belief system would have been attractive to a different type of person as well. Fighting against injustice and unnecessary death everywhere would be the uniting core of the belief system instead of selfishly demanding to be saved, granted eternal life without experiencing any growth throughout your life while being able to deny any responsibility for your own actions. The ultimate brown noser.
Christians, weak in their belief, have been found doubting their own bullshit. The sacrifice of one life, that of Jesus Christ, apparently wasn’t enough as they point out other people they believe to be sinners that they think are also worthy sacrifices, carrying their shame and guilt. More victims of the very magic and evil forbidden by the book they neither seek to understand nor whose passages they contemplate.
Desiring an easy path for themselves, their minds ignorant of the details of other people's lives, they mindlessly put themselves and their neighbors in the in-group while placing strangers and foreigners in the out-group. An act that is in direct violation of one of the main tenets of the book they claim to believe.
Each individual Christian performs idolatry creating a Christ in their own image. They then proceed to worship this reflection of themselves as their God, blaspheming even further.
They idolize, enrich and raise up false prophets speaking lies. Lies provable across the generations. In an act of spite and hatred, performing actions directly against what they claim to believe, they spit in the face of God supporting those who oppress the poor and treat strangers with mistrust and suspicion.
In yet another violation of the sacred faith they proclaim to have, they worship smugly and arrogantly with an air of superiority towards those they label as unwelcome outsiders. They pray in the most intimidating manner possible, in large groups, boastfully, instead of in humble silence, meditative and alone, ignoring again the figure they claim to follow.
Simplifying people and life belie people’s experiences of life.
They simplify all complex issues to match the kindergartner depth and understanding they have achieved. All issues are viewed in black and white, negating the life experiences of everyone who has ever lived.
This simplification carries over into their personification of the Devil. He is portrayed as easily identifiable as if he is performing in a B-grade after-school special for those whose mental faculties have been stunted.
The acts of chaos and evil their false version of the Devil pursues are laughably simple-minded. Their Devil is seen in a dramatic yet simplified fashion making it possible for them to falsely accuse good and righteous people of working for this simpleton.
They claim he is clever yet endow themselves with the ability to easily discern his actions, elevating themselves as a people who must have been gifted with superior intelligence and insight compared to fools they place in the outside group who, naturally, easily fall for the machinations of this dumb Devil. He is a character who could come nowhere near deceiving the most naive of people, never mind going one on one with the Creator as his arch-nemesis.
“You will know (recognize) them by their actions (what they do)” Matthew 7:16.
Instead of following the example of Jesus Christ, they act in opposition to Him by increasing the suffering of those who are already suffering. Actions likely promoted and sought after by whatever dark and evil forces took over the religion. They deny basic dignity to minorities and LGBTQ people, believing them to be second-class citizens at best or tools of evil at the worst.
They are arrogant fools who unabashedly set themselves up as superior human beings, chosen to rule over all humanity simply by aligning themselves with the core beliefs of the in-group without question. Much, I would imagine, as the Devil would do.
They can’t wait for God to return and make it official, so they go ahead, punishing those who they in their self-righteous certitude they know God will want to be punished, increasing the suffering of people who have already suffered more than themselves.
Listen to the words of the modern-day Evangelical Christian. They deceive themselves into believing lies, declaring themselves to be oppressed more than those who are provably actually oppressed in the real world. They attack the very rights to exist of those people that they convince themselves must be tools of evil while not noticing the evil acts they perpetrate and support themselves in this process.
They are incapable of humility, adverse to looking inward and reflecting on their beliefs or their actions. They take part in emotionally manipulative stage performances recorded for national broadcast. Whipped into a state of emotional frenzy, they raise their arms up falsely equating the self-created delusional and fleetingly temporary group high for an actual spiritual experience of lasting life-changing significance, belittling and mocking the Holy Spirit and the true Spirit of God.
They arrogantly set themselves up as the ultimate authorities, pitting themselves against science in a false dichotomous division between God and science. They separate God and science as if science was not a creation of God, completely capable of coexisting side by side.
They have abandoned every one of the beliefs they claim to be central to their religion seeking power over others through political action. They have abandoned their savior, leaving him with the burden of carrying all their sins while they flex their collective political muscle to extend suffering to more people through their supposed “faith.”
Overrepresentation without taxation.
A faith such as this should not be granted “special favors.” Churches who seek to sway their members politically with lies from the pulpit or bullying by the community should at a minimum lose their exempt tax status as a religious group. Their political practices have usurped and replaced any believable religious affiliation they once had.
Their very own actions and words have proven this much. Make them accountable to the very laws they seek through political action and organization to change. We cannot let them get away with forcing us to comply with their ungodly agenda. Tax churches as political entities. End their tax exemption. This is the minimum that is required if we hope to preserve our secular freedom.
The separation of church and state is all that separates insanity and constant propagandizing from prudent politics based on reality. They seek to open the gates of Hell with their deceptive lies and twisted truths. Don’t let demonic lying forces who are the enemy of humanity control our government or our minds.
Christos is derived from Krishna. Abraham identifies with Brahman. These are things that can be learned when pursuing knowledge and truth over a desire to raise yourself and your tribe over strangers, foreigners, and their tribes. Pursuing truth does not diminish the words and teachings of Christ, as Christians fear, but rather strengthens them. The devil they fear feeds on ignorance, an ignorance they themselves possess in spades.
None of the four accepted gospels were written by the people whose names were later added to the books. No one can say for sure that the original promoter of a version, his version, of the Christian religion to the Romans, Paul, had ever met Jesus in person. Odds are he did not. In fact, many of his teachings are contradictory to Jesus’ teachings.
Jesus tells us to pay attention to his message. Paul creates, then elevates the story of salvation through sacrifice over the actual words of Jesus. Certainly, a pagan magic tale, if ever I heard any. Why would God need to concoct this magic spell through the blood sacrifice of Jesus if he were truly the all-powerful maker of the rules?
Simplifying Jesus’ message is to deny that message its full meaning.
It is a cop-out for those who wish to create a social club, an in-group tribe to the exclusion of those they view as outsiders. This is not following Christ so it is not Christian.
There was a time in the not too distant past when there was a vocal political faction seeking to strip Christian churches who engage in politics of their tax-exempt status. This righteous fight seems to have fallen by the wayside lately.
In addition to stripping these people of their tax-exempt status, for the additional moral crimes of deceit and spreading of lies, they should drop the identifier “Christian” from their identification as well to atone for their sins. This is not likely, however. At least now we know them for the fruits of their words and deeds. Fight back against their obvious deception.
Go ahead, I give you permission to reclaim God and Christianity in the name of rational, normal mainstream people. We need not be deceived again.
