Chinese Hands Behind The Biden Presidency
The Manchurian US President?

China on 13 November 2020 acknowledged Joe Biden as the 45th US President-elect, days after it had declined on 9 November 2020 to formally recognise his win, saying that she is holding off sending congratulatory message until the outcome of the vote has been determined in accordance with US laws and procedures. The final results of the 2020 US Presidential Elections on 3 November 2020 remain contentious and indeterminate.
In 2016, President Xi Jinping sent congratulations to Trump on November 9, a day after the election.
To many China observers, China’s belated recognition of Biden’s uncertain victory also sent the crucial signal to the Bidens of the beginning of payback on her earlier “investments” on members of Biden family, particularly through his son, Hunter Biden.
The Chinese government already knows first-hand about a corrupt President Joe Biden, given their dealings through Hunter Biden and Joe Biden’s brother, Jim Biden.
Joe Biden in fact has been silent on his potential dealings with China, and provided little insight into his plans for trade relations with China in the Biden administration. He only said that he would consult with labor leaders and environmental groups when developing his China trade policy.
Of serious national security implications which are material and relevant to the American interests is the Biden family’s connections with China. During his presidential campaign, Joe Biden has never said anything negative about China whether with regard to the coronavirus, unfair trade deals, human rights or intellectual property laws.
Well-documented are the facts that shortly after accompanying his father on a visit to China in December 2013, Hunter received from a major Chinese state-owned bank US$1.5B purportedly as investments into a US company which he is a partner. The US Media did not and refused to investigate so as to provide the answers “to what extent is the Biden Family beholden to the Chinese?” before the 2020 Presidential Elections.
Former US House Speaker Newt Gingrich had in fact revealed that on his tax returns, former Vice President Joe Biden documented that he had been paid more than $900,000 from the Biden Institute, which is reportedly funded by China to the tune of $70 million at the University of Pennsylvania. In combination with the $1.5 billion deal that Hunter inked with a subsidiary of the Chinese government’s Bank of China in 2013, for which he had no credible talents except for his ability to influence his father — and interestingly share various percentages of his earnings with his father Joe Biden, whom he referred to affectionally as “The Big Guy”.
The hard evidence points to facts that Hunter Biden, with the full knowledge and facilitation of his father US President-elect Joe Biden, makes unfathomable financial deals that will financially benefit the Biden family. A President Biden and the Biden administration would more likely than not be beholden to his financial masters in Beijing to continue enriching his family, and compromise US interests in the Far East and elsewhere.
A former Biden family business partner Tony Bobulinski has also come forward with tens of thousands of primary-source documents — internal corporate records, emails, and text messages — detailing years of business dealings that centered on trading on the Biden name. The undisputed 30,000 Hunter emails have confirmed the existence of corrupt Biden Family enterprises with Joe Biden participating actively at the center of the Family Business.
On numerous occasions, “it was made clear” to him that “Joe Biden’s involvement was not to be mentioned in writing, but only face to face”. He also confirmed that Joe Biden was indeed “The Big Guy” mentioned in many of the 30,000 emails found on Hunter Biden’s laptop, whose ownership and contents were authenticated by the US Intelligence Community and the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and that they were not part of any Russian or foreign disinformation efforts.
Tony Bobulinski spoke on network TV about being introduced to Joe Biden to discuss a joint venture with the Chinese state-owned CFC China Energy. The business goal was to invest in infrastructure, real estate and technology in the US and around the world. At the Biden’s request, Tony became the CEO of the joint venture called Sinohawk. Sinohawk was initially capitalized with $10 million and would expand through investment injections of billions of dollars. According to the Hunter emails, Joe Biden’s share as “The Big Guy” was 10%, to be held separately together with Hunter’s 10%. Tony also confirmed that in his subsequent hour-long meeting with Joe Biden, the now US President-elect discussed the Biden family’s business plans with the Chinese, and that Joe Biden was “plainly familiar, at least at a high level” with those plans.
The authenticated emails described a corrupt Biden Family empire centred on selling access to and influence by Joe Biden when and after he was President Obama’s Vice President (2008–2016). Much have already been written concerning favouritism in governmental contracts awards and influence peddling during Joe Biden’s 47 years as a US Senator and Vice President.
One of US President-elect Joe Biden’s first pro-China decisions is his appointment of Steve Ricchetti as his Counselor to advise and guide the Biden transition into the White House. Steve Ricchetti in 2000 was the successful architect of the Permanent Normal Trade Relations (PNTR) between China and the USA which paved the way for China to join the World Trade Organization and opened China’s access to the USA and the Western economies.
The impact of the PNTR over its first 4 years increased the US trade deficit with China by 50% and resulted in the loss of 2.7 million US manufacturing jobs. One widely-cited study from Yale University found that PNTR caused a “sharp drop” in the number of U.S. manufacturing jobs. “U.S. manufacturing employment fluctuated around 18 million workers between 1965 and 2000 before plunging 18 percent from March 2001 to March 2007,” wrote Yale researchers Justin R. Pierce and Peter K. Schott in their December 2012 paper, “The Surprisingly Swift Decline of U.S. Manufacturing Employment.” They found “a link between this sharp decline and the US granting of Permanent Normal Trade Relations (PNTR) to China.”
The evidence of US President-elect Joe Biden’s corruption is far more valid substantially and in abundance than the fabricated Russian collusion evidence against President Donald Trump 3 years ago. Trump’s Russian “hoax’ has been proven repeatedly to be what they were, a deliberate well-orchestrated national hoax, despite hypocritical efforts by the CIA and other intelligence agencies, senior FBI and DOJ (Department of Justice) officials to investigate even through a Special Counsel as well as Impeachment proceedings by the US Congress.
Three years on, the major perpetrators of the Russian Hoax have not been arrested, charged and prosecuted by the otherwise efficient FBI or DOJ.
Should a Special Prosecutor by appointed by Trump’s Attorney-General to investigate the Bidens? FBI investigations into possible money-laundry offences have already commenced against Hunter Biden and associates. Surely, it must be of deep interest for the CIA and other intelligence agencies, FBI and DOJ officials as well as Congress to investigate the Biden family corruption.
A Manchurian US President
In August 2020, William Evanina, Director of National Counterintelligence and Security Center (NCSC), concluded with the NCSC assessment that China would prefer that President Donald Trump does not win reelection in November 2020. The Report said: “We assess that China prefers that President Trump — whom Beijing sees as unpredictable — does not win reelection. China has been expanding its influence efforts ahead of November 2020 to shape the policy environment in the United States, pressure political figures it views as opposed to China’s interests, and deflect and counter criticism of China”.
A Biden administration beholden to China will mean a USA less antagonistic to everything Chinese. China has only a few important strategic interests; for example her relationships with Taiwan and Hong Kong, disputes with her neighbours in the South China Sea, safety of her costal sea lanes for commercial shipping, US bases in South Korea and Japan, open trade policy and intellectual property rights protection.
On 15 November 2020, China concluded her Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), a free trade agreement covering 2.2 billion people, with the Asia-Pacific nations of Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam. Ironically, many of these countries were also part of the 11 signatories to the defective Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) agreement initiated by the US on 4 February 2016 but withdrawn by President Trump on 23 January 2017.
The RCEP established China’s leadership in global multilateral trade, as a contrast and rebuke to the unilateralist US “America First” approach. With the retreat of the US under President Donald Trump, China has become the dominant economic powerhouse in the Asia-Pacific region (excluding the Americas). American exporters may eventually lose ground unless they join the RCEP. The RCEP seems likely to appeal to Biden Counselor Steve Ricchetti for the US to become part of the Partnership.
China would find a compliant President Joe Biden more accommodating and cooperative, and therefore easier to be managed. Other US agencies, especially the military as well as the politically progressive left forces, may protest against an acquiescent President Biden, who would be regarded by US allies to be weak and impotent at the international stage.
Americans should monitor closely the decisions and actions of President Joe Biden, and members of the Biden family, with regard his family corrupt dealings as well as to China.
A Manchurian US President beholden to China may not be a bad thing for the USA and the world.
China’s foreign policy goals and desires have been repeated enunciated by President Xi Jinping (and other Chinese leaders) to “boost mutual understanding, mutual respect and mutual trust” and promote “peace and development”, based on the spiritual principles of Peace and Co-operation, Openness and Inclusiveness, Mutual Benefits and Win-Win results.
Still, a Manchurian US President would lack effective legitimacy in a democracy. The Biden family would also be further emboldened and empowered to mine his Presidency corruptly and more vigorously for greater personal financial gains and benefits. A President Joe Biden would mean a known corrupt President beholden to China as well as Russia (since his family have already received millions of dollars from these and other countries) thereby weakening and limiting his decision options to promote American strategic international interests.
On 3 November 2020, US democracy did not prevent the election of a corrupt Presidential Candidate; it is now up to the nearly 150-million American electorate to live with the consequences of their vote, especially the 80 million Americans who voted for Joe Biden. Over the next 4 years, the principles of caveat emptor and buyer’s remorse would apply.
