China leads solar energy consumption with 190–220 GW capacity in 2024

The China Photovoltaic Industry Association (CPIA) presented a forecast for the development of solar energy in China for the current year.

The association estimates that China will add 190–220 GW of solar power capacity in 2024 (see chart).
