Cherry Blossoms: A great joy of spring
Gentle reminders of God’s beauty

I pause at such a wonderful sight.
And wonder why they give us delight?
They’re only small flowers, that randomly adorn,
They die almost as quickly as they are born.
Yet every spring they burst onto the scene,
Oh what joy these blossoms bring.
In this world gone mad, their beauty seems to say,
You’ll be alright at the end of the day.
A sense of contentment and great peace they bring,
They make my soul want to sing.
Gentle reminders of the beauty God brings
The cherry blossoms are a great joy of spring.
