Stop rushing through life
Life brings moments that appear “good,” “bad,” and neutral. There are moments we feel lonely, happy, sad, depressed, exhausted, strained, irritated, unworthy, insecure, angry, bitter, regretful, and a plethora of other emotions.
Many of us try to rush through the uncomfortable feelings we experience instead of sitting in them and acknowledging that this is our current state.
Perfection is what we’re constantly conditioned to strive for that we forget that life will never be perfect. But once we realize this, we will be able to enjoy all of the unique moments that life brings us.
We don’t need to wait for things to be perfect; we can live and experience life moment to moment and find the beauty in each second that life gives us.
