Hey there, fellow life enthusiasts, dreamers, and seekers of the good vibes! Today, we’ve got an exciting piece brewing, inspired by the brilliantly whimsical and heartwarmingly profound Lu Skerdoo!

Lu has an uncanny knack for nudging us out of our comfort zones and into a world of self-discovery and hilarious introspection. If her articles were a dessert, they’d undoubtedly be a rich chocolate lava cake — sweet, complex, and guaranteed to make you exclaim, “Wow! I need more Lu in my life!”
Today, we’re stepping up to one of Lu’s brain-tickling challenges, aptly named “The voice inside my head says…” I know, I know, the title alone has probably set off a riotous meeting in your mind, hasn’t it? Well, mine too, but that’s where the fun begins!
Lu, I hope I do your challenge justice. Buckle up, friends, it’s about to get introspective!

Let’s dive right into some of the monologues that go on in my noggin:
- Is that lavender I smell, or did I overdo it with the essential oils again?
- Hold on! I think that’s a new bird in the garden, where’s my sketchbook?
- Did I remember to water the basil? It’s looking a little droopy.
- Keep breathing, Tesie! Deep, meditative breaths…ah, that’s better.
- Smile, even if the fibromyalgia is acting up. Positivity is my superpower.
- Is my paintbrush holding a grudge? Because these strokes aren’t going as planned!
- Laugh! Laugh more! The universe loves a joyful heart.
- Why did I agree to watch that horror movie last night? It was past my scare limit!
- Remember, you can’t control everything. Let go, Tesie, let go.
- Embrace the awkward, it’s part of being human. So what if I tripped over thin air?
- Was that joke a bit too silly? Nah, laughter is the best therapy.
- Oh, dear, did I offend the cat again? She’s giving me the stink eye.
- I should write about this. Every experience is a potential blog post.
- Practice gratitude, Tesie. Remember how blessed you are.
- Did I lock the front door? Yes, I did. Wait, did I?
- Remember to connect with nature today. Even a small leaf can inspire a whole poem.
- Smile at that stranger, Tesie. A little kindness goes a long way.
- And always, always remember, you’re enough just as you are.
And then the other voice chimes in, “Relax, Tesie, you’re doing amazing!” And I can’t help but chuckle. We’re all in this together, navigating our inner dialogues, aren’t we, friends?

Well, there you have it, friends — a candid peek into the whimsical world of my internal chatter. Trust me, it’s been just as much a rollercoaster for me as I’m sure it’s been for you. Now that we’ve laid bare the thoughts, rambles, and musings that often echo inside our heads, I can confidently say it’s been quite the journey.
And hey, remember, it’s okay to have a crowded, chatty mind. It’s okay to wonder, to question, to jest, and to worry. In the end, these voices are nothing but reflections of our complex, wonderful selves.
So, here’s my challenge to you, dear readers. Unleash your inner voices. Let them loose in all their chaotic, tender, mirthful glory. There’s something incredibly liberating about this introspective exercise, something Lu Skerdoo understands and encourages so brilliantly. Write about it. Share your voices.
You’d be surprised at how universal yet unique our internal dialogues can be. And who knows? Your words might be the comfort someone else needs, the laughter that brightens their day, or the insight that sparks an epiphany.
Join us in this insightful challenge. Share your ‘voice inside my head’ and tag me, Tesie Mills, in your article. I’d love to hear your inner voices and thoughts.
Let’s continue this journey of self-discovery together, using Lu’s remarkable challenge as our guide. Let’s create a symphony of inner voices, echoing with our collective stories, struggles, humor, and warmth. I’m eagerly looking forward to your responses!
And as always, dear friends, remember to embrace the chaos, cherish the moments of quiet, and above all, keep nurturing that wonderful inner voice of yours. After all, it’s one of the many things that make you, uniquely you.
