THE SLIDE Part 4
Chapter 52: Conflict Between Reality 4 & World 5
Fantasy: “The best fighting is with yourself,” said Hrez.

Recap
“Something’s wrong,” Hrez shouted out at Marie Bissett and Nikos as they rode Ouroboros Secundus down through the layers of the vortex’s swirling maelstrom.
Farha heard Hrez in her thoughts and blurted out: “That’s right. We are all on the surface in the water… And we are here too.” All heard this — Hrez, Ra, Marie Bissett, Sophia, Maria, Kuzma, Nikos and even Zed.
The Fourth Reality
Marie Bissett, Nikos and Hrez in the dark shadow Ouroboros Secundus; Farha and Sophia, daughter of Nikos, were with Primus Ouroboros.
Kuzma, Maria, and Ra were on the plane — ascending above the fray, pursued by a hybrid organic being and a mechanic plane, both flown by Zed, laden with armaments firing on them. Two against one. Maria and Ra had climbed into two turrets on the left and right sides of their plane and were firing back.
Hurting
For the hundreds of bullets fired by Ra and Maria, whether they hit Zed and the ObzKotch plane or missed, there were immediate repercussions. They felt tiny pinpricks through their body-armor on their skin. Each of them felt this: Ra, Maria and Kuzma, even though he did not fire a weapon.
Farha and Sophia itched as minor bumps manifested beneath their clothing, while Marie Bissett and Nikos felt the rash too. Hrez manifested the rash on his face and then changed his vibration to disappear it.
Over days, as the two planes battled one another in different areas of the vortex, blood soaked the inside of their protective gear that covered their chests. It was not caused by the ObzKotch bullets, but the memories of the bullets that Marie and Ra had fired.
Light consumed the plane. It came from Ra’s chi and shot upwards into the event horizon as Kuzma flew the plane from one side of the vortex to the other. Ra’s thoughts streamed to Maria and Kuzma, I could not help myself, I had to save us and unite — . A missile exploded where Ra and Maria sat by their guns. The plane was torn in half by the explosion, but it did not drop. Oddly, it was suspended in the light beam from below.
Ouroboros Secundus began a sharp ascent. Marie Bisset was in sync with Nikos and Hrez closely bound to the shedrake dragon.
“Hang on,” she shouted as the dragon banked into the major winds of the vortex and shot upwards towards the edges of the atmosphere. Even though the canopy partially covered them, it was loud with wind and the noises of Ouroboros. This din did not stop Hrez from verbally acknowledging the message aloud:
“Jump onto — “ but the rest was drowned out by the wind.
‘Message from where and from whom?’ Hrez wondered, deep in his thoughts.
No answer.
Ra’s thought finished itself without his body — unite the second world with the fourth and fix it into the Fifth World.
The Third Dimension
Within the second layer of warm yellow light stood Farha, Hrez, Nikos, Ra, Maria, Kuzma, Sophia, and Marie Bissett. The eight of them were connected by beams of concentrated white light between each of their heart chakras in the front and backs of the bodies. A faint lavender ray flickered between each of their third eyes.
“It is of no use,” Hrez began.
“They can’t hear us,” Farha joined Hrez’s utterance.
“Maybe if we connected to the person in the center beam,” Nikos suggested.
There was a resounding “No,” from everyone including, much to his surprise, himself — Nikos.
“All that fighting — the other — us are caught in a dualistic and polarized world,” Nikos remarked.
“We could send love to all the combatants,” Maria said.
Everyone smiled, and the collective eight beamed love to the Fourth and Fifth Worlds.
“Look!” Farha exclaimed, pointing at the obscured figure in the central light beam. The figure flickered, and another figure emerged trembling and jerking in and out of the central body in an epileptic motion. Freeze-frames of the figure’s face appeared in a flash — as there was a nanosecond pause.
“I know her,” Farha was in awe.
“As do I,” Marie Bissett was caught up in the wake of Farha’s aura. I don’t remember her name, Marie Bissett thought to Farha, who thought back — Nor do I.
The group expanded the field of love to include the figures in the beam, sending the energy skyward.
The Fifth World
Arcs ascended up from the lake to the plane, the two shedrakes and Zed’s plane. The Second World merged with the Fifth World peoples of Ra, Maria and Kuzma merged with their counterparts. Marie Bissett and Nikos of Ouroboros Secundus merged with their counterparts while Hrez landed in the cockpit of Ouroboros Prime with Sophia and Farha just as they merged with their counterparts. Neither Sophia nor Farha saw Hrez.
Zed was locked in the pilot’s cabin, flying the plane in a tight spiral while the ObzKotch continued firing guns and missiles at the other plane. When Zed’s second plane appeared, Zed was not just the pilot, but his body had merged with a part organic, part mechanic body of the plane carrying the ObzKotch fighting force.
Hrez was thrown by the winds and movements of Ouroboros Prime. He was battered against the partially opened canopy and the “flooring” of the cockpit of the shedrake. As the two shedrakes approached, each other claws spread, mouth and teeth prepared for combat, Ouroboros Secundus breathed a five-second burst of fire. This destabilized both dragons, and they tumbled into the eye’s column of the vortex into the beam of light.
Hrez was sucked out and fell. Both dragons righted themselves and flew back and away from one another. Hrez fell past Zed’s plane of the fourth reality and into Zed’s plane of the fifth world, where Zed was the plane.
When Hrez disappeared into the Fifth Dimensional World of Zed as the plane, Hrez of the Fourth World flicked back into the Ouroboros Secundus’s “cockpit”.
“I understand, now. I feel the love,” Hrez shouted above the din, his eyes akimbo and darting in his head unnaturally. He looked crazed. And without warning, he jumped. Sophia and Farha were stunned and shocked. There wasn’t time for that as Secundus’s claws scraped the dorsal area of Primus, shredding the canopy and nicking Farah’s shoulder.
The Realm within the Zed-Plane
Hrez stood with a lance in his right hand. Zed appeared with a broadsword and shield in the rubble of the Normandy Castle and the Slide shimmering in the distance. Zed ran with the broadsword extended forwards straight towards Hrez.
