Be open to change in your life.

Sometimes life changes unexpectedly. We stop liking and enjoying the things we used to. We don’t love certain people in the same way anymore. We aren’t passionate about our careers anymore. We don’t want to continue living in the same place anymore. The friends we have are no longer of interest to us anymore and so on.

These changes and feelings can happen so unexpectedly, and we don’t always understand how or why we feel the way we do. Sometimes we try to figure out why we don’t feel the same anymore about these things. However much we try to change how we feel, the more we realize that we have moved on.

If we are closed to change, we will prevent our lives from moving in the best direction. When changes occur in your life, take the time to feel what you are feeling without judging why you now feel the way you do.

Be open to change. Don’t resist change. Embrace change. Be ready and willing to see what new changes and discoveries emerge in your life.
