When you manage a team, There must be Rules!
The first rule: the interests of the company are, above all else
The company is a survival platform for all employees, and personal interests cannot and must not conflict with it. Once the trouble arises, the light is reprimanded punishment, the heavy is dismissed. If you destroy the job of the boss or everyone else, no one will have a good life.
Rule 2: Team is supreme
