Case Study: No Sugar for 7 days Changed My Life
I did not eat sugar for 7 days, but then I broke down and had some cereal

What happens when you don’t eat sugar?
Let me tell you
It gives you more ENERGY, which is what I’ve been needing more than anything.
Makes me feel great
I could tell I had no fatigue like I did before and I could manage the ideas floating through my head better, like for example, writing ideas on my blog.
A sense of well-being. My thinking was way level. Not as much anxiety about things I could not control.
The Back Story
I spent November and December of 2022 holed up in my house learning a lot about marketing online, so it was easy for me to try this experiment.
Basically, what happened was, I realized I was putting sugary cocoa in my coffee and sometimes I would have more than one cup.
It was a habit that I knew was bad even though I started drinking clean coffee like BulletProof.
Anyway, I told myself I would quit the sugar because I had already bought some unsweetened Almond Milk Vanilla flavored from Amazon Delivery.
My chocolate addiction is massive, so no more sugar in the coffee. Instead Cacao Powder with no sugar added
So yeah, I’m getting used to it quick
I noticed the arthritis in my hands went away.
I am Diabetic II and have problems and I feel real good about no sugar and how it’s making me feel.
I could make a fist no problem during this experiment.
Only fruit stops my craving
Bananana, apples, nuts and yogurt and water work, too.
I also eat rice like gladiators and soldiers did back in the times of Alexandria, Sparta and sh**. This is a very good diet and you can look it up on YouTube, “The Rice Diet.”
I also like canned apricots and fruit as a dessert but that has sugar.
I have an addiction to herbs and spices and I put a lot in the soup and it does me good as a meal. I probably need to start growing my own herbs soon.
Summary
Do no sugar just by throwing it out, not putting it in your coffee, desserts, eat apples for dessert and maybe follow a vegetarian philosophy so you eat vegetables and rice.
I personally enjoy peppers like red, orange, yellow with cheese and cucumbers I like a lot, too.
You can put cucumbers and lemon in a juicer and drink it and feel great.
Finally…
Yes, no sugar is the biggest game changer of my life. I’ve been very stubborn for a long time.
I also have not had any alcohol and no bread, but I have even been making my own experiments with carrots and bananas with flour and baking that into a cake or bread with protein powder instead of sugar and eggs.
I also eat chips and salty things.
Salt is another addiction I have and I use it when I cook and eat.
Now, only if I could stop drinking coffee and alcohol. I don’t know about this.
