Carrying the weight of the sky Against the skin of her shoulders Rubbed raw, Rubbed bloody; Onward she hiked, Towards the exit, Someday reaching safety.

Lucy (The Eggcademic) finds that it’s ironic how shortly after writing Writer’s City (about never running into Writer’s Block), she’s jinxed it and run into writer’s block. She has a bajillion ideas and doesn’t know which to start with, so she literally just sat down and picked a random prompt and ran with it. This was the result!
