Can Your Vision Become Reality?
It depends on whose vision it is.

Anyone can have a vision. However, so few people act on them.
What is vision, and does everyone have it? The answer is it's a glimpse of what one sees something to be. Everyone has it, but few people know how to use it.
When I was in my teens, I knew that I wanted to travel the world and exactly why I wanted to do so. I could see myself in countries like Africa, India, France, England, and so many more. I could see what I wanted to do, and as time went on, I saw how to do it.
Was it just a dream based on something? No, it was my vision for my future.
By the time I was nineteen, I understood that my visions could come true, and with this superpower, I began to more deliberately design my visions more for me.
When I was in my fifties, my visions were much larger and more elaborate. I was also the President and CEO of a startup. When I announced my vision to the Board and our senior officers, I attached specific dollar amounts to it. To a person everyone could see us achieving the goals based on the vision for the company.
We did it. In fifteen months, we were profitable. In twenty months, we had exceeded one billion in premiums, and by twenty-two months, we were at 1.256 B. We had gone from two people to more than seventy-five. We launched in a 110-square-foot office, moving several times to finally a 25,000-square-foot corporate office.
Was it vision or goals, or both? It was both, and it was a solid TEAM effort. It began as my vision, but it soon became everyone’s vision, and everyone believed we would hit our goals and then some. We did.
