Can You Really Force An Article To Go Viral
Well some say yes, some say no.
For sure you can increase an articles potential by applying a few „viral“ measures.
I will not repeat those measures here again. Medium has a huge number of articles about the topic.

If you are a Medium celebrity, the chances that your articles become viral are rather high. You are in the limelight already.
A new song from Taylor Swift is given some credit in advance even before it is launched. The audience is there and waiting. The same song from a newbie singer-artist might not get attention at all.
No reason to be demotivated.
Taylor’s advert-engine is fully established since years. Her audience has been build up into the millions.
She has a huge support crew, she is supported by parents, manager, friends to pick her up if she falls.
She has worked hard for that.

I hear you saying, „I am not Taylor Swift“. But Taylor Swift was once a newbie as well. How did she make it? What does she have, what you do not have? Why do her songs get viral so easily?

What do you need to improve?

Get to know what skill and talent you need to acquire to achieve success in writing. If you are not a talent, do 20000 instead of 10000 Gladwell-Hours. Just joking, but think about it.

Maradona was dependent on love, he dragged a herd of friends along, wherever he played his game. He draw a lot of support from being surrounded by people.
After a while he got the wrong friends, support failed, he fell for drugs and his life started to get ruined.
Do not take drugs for wring articles on Medium. It’s not worth it.
