Can we get out of the circle of routine?
Beating the Monotony — Create a Life of Adventure

Routine swallows our life and turns it into a monotonous cycle of mechanical actions. In the morning, the alarm forcefully wakes us up from sleep. Breakfast becomes a hurried ritual, a coffee or not at all.
We get dressed in a hurry and leave for work or college, without the joy of a new day, in this hectic world of the city.
At work or on the college benches, we communicate superficially with others, forgetting the conversations as soon as they are over. We solve robot tasks, already thinking about what we will do in the evening.
At home, dinner turns into another tasteless habit, interrupted by scrolling through social networks. Then we fall asleep in front of the TV or reading a book.

The next day begins with the same suffocating routine. We complain about monotony but lack the courage to change. But with a little awareness, we could rediscover the magic of life every day.
Instead of living on autopilot, we could start the morning with a small gesture that makes our soul happy: some invigorating exercises or our favorite music. Breakfast would become a quiet time to enjoy your favorite flavors and tastes, leaving aside the hustle and bustle.
Careful choice of clothes could transport us with happy memories. Jeans worn on the first date, the much-desired jacket, or the sneakers from the first marathon — small treasures loaded with meanings.

The walk to work could be a leisurely stroll, appreciating the picturesque urban scenes: a child running happily, a couple shyly kissing, and old people swapping stories on a bench.
At the end of the day, we could escape from the screens and try new recreational activities: a bike ride, a meeting with friends, or even cooking a delicious but intimidating dish.
If we look at things with different eyes, the routine becomes a conscious ritual, full of meanings.
