Under the night sky Tent is set up for camping Fire lit and warming

As with Amy’s poem, I think mine is more Senryu than Haiku.

It’s been a while since I’ve done any camping. When the kids were younger, we used to head for the northwoods every chance we got. We loved to fish and canoe, swim and build a campfire and make smores. There’s nothing like the smell of bacon cooking in the fresh morning air unless it is coffee perking on the campstove.
