Calling Gen X Light Beacons
Generation X or Gen X is a term typically used to describe the generation born between 1965 and 1980 or 1985.
While there is no agreed formula on what birth years exactly fall within this man-made label, the term is used to refer to those between “the Baby Boomers” (said by some to be born between 1955 and 1964) and “the Millenials” (said by some to be born between 1981 and 1986).
Elizabeth Peru holds that Gen X, while just 20% of the world-wide population, are the cosmic bridgers between the old world and the new world.
The world is changing. The light has increased, pushing all to the surface to be looked at by all and to be changed.
Many Gen X were exposed to the early days of computer technology, such as the time when CD s and DVDs were first used in bulk. Some have used online forums and messenger boards way before Facebook started. Many Gen X have an appreciation of direct one-to-one contact, and many used wired analog telephones and manual typewriters.
Their technical skills with, and their patience and appreciation of these earlier tools serve them well today. Many have the motivation and imagination to explore, research, connect and experiment, in order to bring about their desires.
The oldest of us may have gone to the video store to choose a bunch of weekly and/or daily videos to hire. That was before movies were available on DVD. We had responsibilities, like return the movies on time (or be fined).
Responsible and motivated engaged Gen X have learned to be flexible and to take initiative.
A Gen X person has the potential to be a “Master Manifestor Generator” through having both “analog” and “digital” skills.
Digital
- Desire (for the well-being of Earth and it’s inhabitants).
- Thinking.
- Creating.
- Interacting (from a 5-D space of wanting unity and peace).
- Bringing what is wanted into form.
Analog
Pure mind energy by -
- Looking things up (researching / finding potential ) or knowing things, and using them in order to make new imaginative and collaborative concepts concrete.
- Amplifying what there is.
I am not saying that the other “Generations” don’t have this, but that the blend of being there at the beginning of the online world and since then, as technology developments rapidly happened, place them in a certain niche.
And the people in that niche may embrace a reverence or a deep appreciation of what has been brought into form during their lives. Many will have the impetus or desire also to create a better world for all.

So you can post about initiatives or practices, communities, other groups, services and technology that help restore our climate and ecosystem, and our health and economic systems. You do this to uplift and encourage, so no bad or upsetting news or information is permitted.
Gen X Light Beacons are those who are peaceful and respectful to others, and are calm or neutral observers, while recognising what has to change for the better of all.
Traditionally they were, or are, in service areas, or they have offered their “gifts” freely or generously and purely to the world, in order to be kind toward and supportive of others.
In 2022 and beyond these light beacons lead by example and shine light on ways in which the world can transform. This is achieved through influencing or guiding and highlighting individual personal choices, and through furthering global unity consciousness by supporting awakening people.
Thus, in the Facebook Group no ranting or slandering of others or pushing of opinion pieces, swearing or disrespectful arguing or anger-loaded content is accepted.
You may feel a calling to be a part of the brigade of the peaceful and calm Gen X who are the cosmic bridges between the crumbling old world and the new world.
