By Taking a Different View of the World, We Can Save It.
Try this for a day, and let me know how you experience life.

I see everyone as me.
Just a soul in a body.
A being that experiences joy and love, fear and despair.
When I see everyone as me, I lose the ability to judge and criticise.
To make wrong.
To do wrong.
When you see everyone as you.
You notice their beauty more. The way the light reflects in their eyes.
The shade of their hair.
The colour of their lips.
They become fascinating.
They become worthy.
When you see everything as you, everything just resembles life.
And you want to protect it and assist it.
As it naturally moves through its own cycle.
Following its own path.
Not needing any interference, to fulfill its life.
When we are interfered with. Thrown out of alignment.
This is when we need most for others to see us as them.
When we see everything as separate to us, we become separate from ourselves.
When we see everything as us, we can do no harm.
I’m not sure what provoked this piece today.
Possibly the feeling I left my yoga class with, this morning.
I’ve had periods in my life, where I’ve hated and feared people.
Where I’ve been angry at the world.
And at myself.
I’ve left myself, and I’ve returned to myself.
I hope one day, we can all return to ourselves.
To reconnect to our truth and to live authentically.
Because I know, there really is no other way to live.
What I wish for you, I wish for me.
